How bloody good is Starc
1.5 tests in
16 wickets +"58 runs with the bat ( one out ave 58 )
Day 3
Neser disappointing only added 1 to overnight score
Carey ok added 17 today ( from 46 to 63 )
Starc 46 not out
Boland 7 not out
Really grinding the poms
 
Starc batting almost 3 hours back firing a bit looks a little tired
But what I've said from the beginning that our other 4 bowlers are a bit weak
Perhaps excluding Boland
We can't go into tests expecting one guy to do it all
Imo Neser and Doggett are medium pace trundlers not test standard
Green bowls very little and what he does is not at 100% effort
That leaves Starc and Boland .Starc needs a good rest and 2 or 3 overs a set
Boland needs to step up like he did day 2 in Perth
Going to Adelaide lets put our best bowling line up that is
Starc ,Cummins , Boland and Lyon back together

Back to Fox, they started talking about an English declaration when they were 5 down. As the wickets kept tumbling, the talk got louder and louder. To the point when they got 9 down, they could not believe that the Poms kept batting. Even when the last two were hitting them everywhere. I’d say it turned out to be a good decision. Root is still there, if they come out again today and knock out another 30 or 40, that’s going to be a pretty formidable score. Yet these clowns wanted them to declare at 9/270. Just to get a few overs in under lights. Sure, it works if you get a couple. But if the opposition finish none down, suddenly you look like idiots.

Yeah I noticed they started to really change their tune late yesterday,,,,I really donttake much notice of the commentary but it was very evident yesterday
