Cummins and the Nrl are a joke.

I didn’t think Su’A did anything wrong in his tackle on Doueihi and it was unfortunate we dropped the ball.

I agree with most of what you say but why was Doueihi's chin bleeding? I saw Sua's fist contact Doueihi's chin in the replay.

Spot on, if Doueihi wasn't hit in the head, why was his chin opened up, and opened pretty bad as well, accidental or not, it is high contact

I actually think we are managing adversity much better than we ever have. Penrith and South's had ample opportunity to run over the top of us with the amount of penalties and restarts afforded them and yet we gutsed it out. Definitely played better against Penrith but also were short of players against South's. I don't care who you face in this comp if you get smashed in the penalty count on top of being victim to your opposition getting set restarts you will strugvle to win and more than likely get smashed. We have managed two weeks in a row to remain in the game despite not being favour with what seemed one sided refereeing.

Yes I agree! Cronulla were ridiculously caned by the ref in the match against the ‘protected species’ last night and ended up getting steamrolled! At least we didn’t let that happen! Can’t do it forever though, something’s gotta change.

It was the second man in as Doueihi was falling to the ground that caused the blood on the chin
Chanel 9 did not replay that hit from the right angle (camera) so it couldn't be seen properly
All you see is the swinging arm going towards Doueihi's head as he is going to ground
The Nrl is still a farce for so many reasons
These descisions are costing teams games and more importantly 2 points

I think the League should publish full infringement stats after each game. If not the Club should on their own site.

i.e. Let everyone know what the penalties were for, at each minute they happened and who the Referee was officiating at the game.

Minute Infingement offending team
04 10 metres Tigers
09 Incorrect PTB Souths

Same for "6 again" what minute and what tackle they occured.

07 Tackle 4 Holding too long Souths
15 Tackle 1 Crowding Tigers
48 Tackle 3 Markers not square Tigers

It would hopefully show up some of the bias that is experienced by the unfavored clubs.

Know it will never happen but it may embarrass some of the people concerned.

That's a great idea Russell..

I think it would give some clarity as to what the 6 again restart was for cause half the time now tbh you have no clue as to why one team gets a restart as opposed to not..

Still find it hard to believe Souff's were perfect for 50mins on Friday..

No that I disagree, but what % of fans are going to research the penalty list, review back to the tape and then discuss whether or not it was a good call? To make this worthwhile for the NRL, I mean.

Transparency...don't think it would be about good or bad call ..more what the hell was that for..I like the 6 again rule but it's starting to feel like a lottery you see things 1 team gets pinged for others not for what appears to be the same thing..

Trends would appear IMO..

Refs are mic'd so it wouldn't be that hard..

Hell Fox are putting up reason for penalties in their feeds for our friends in Merica

Clearly, if you are a Wests Tigers player, the chin is not part of the head.

V'Landy's been very, very quite for a long while.

He's having to plan for the next potential lockdown unfortunately.

No one is saying the fans do it - I am saying the NRL do it the same as they do tackle counts, line breaks etc.

Anyone interested please watch the offside we gave away on the kick chase if you can, no one was even close to offside.

I remember thinking at the time it seemed a random penalty, so I rewound it and you are correct, no one was offside.

Yeah it was Grant that was offside

Excellent idea. The cynic in me suggests that the refs would not like to see the directions of their decisions highlighted in that manner

Bj leleua 79min cloths hanger on penrith fullback in the in goal without the ball.
Yeah clubs might not like it either.

25min vs cowboys john hopate finger up...

Yeah best not for clubs not to go there and say what players do.

Seriously these are extreme examples but I don't think it would be wise to publish every action penalized. Would show the game in a worse light than the refs. 4 or 5 head shots in on game would do wonders for afl

In the mean time us fans can be frustrated like hell with the game and walk away from it all together
Loose your fans and loose the game as we know it
Publish the discretions and clean up the game to make it safer
Don't hide it because then nothing will change

I thought it was Sele who gave him a right when he was on the ground. Bunker replay did not show that side of the tackle. I will have another look when I watch the replay today.

Unfortunately most of first half cut in the replay.
