Not many players individually lose you a game. Some lose you a game at the end.

This guy has single handedly gone out of his way to take us out of the game for 80 minutes. If there was an award for the most consistent 80 minutes, he'd win it.

When it comes to the Tigers it's all about picking purely on effort.

Pick less talented players that will play with constant heart and drive. That's all that matters for us at the moment.

Someone like Seyfarth for example. He has very little talent, but he has heart and desire. Stick with him.

So back to fullback options, pick anyone who will work hard for 80 minutes and put his body on the line. Skill doesn't matter at the moment.
