I find it absolutely ridiculous how much he's been spoken about in the media this last week (considering what the Burgess twin did) and think it's maybe contributing to his poor form.

I think it's hilarious the media all week chose to mention multiple times, even post game with Blocker.... how sorry they feel for Brooks.
I feel sorry for us fans having to watch him each round.

Haven't read them yet, but noticed it mentioned on the forum there were a couple of articles about him this week, as well.
Might be my unbiased opinion speaking however I thought Brooks' main problem tonight was his inability to slow the game down. Taking Liddle off seemed to kill our momentum in attack too. Thought he and Madden actually looked alright.

Liddle was the classiest spine player tonight and without him we really struggled.
Brooks wasn't the worst player on field as he usually is but still lacks a winning and controlling mentality, the less said about him the better.
Laurie though, he should be ashamed of himself. Madge better be considering dropping him next week ( he won't ) because he lost us the game tonight.
The sad part is we don't have an acceptable FB to take the imposters spot

Dillon is 2 years away at least,Toa is probably worth a shot but i am not confident
He handled the high balls tonight way better than Daine did.
I'm hoping Dillon is being fast tracked and will be ready for 2023.

You are right. We have to try something though. We are just puss atm. We also have some players having absolute shockers week in and week out.
Simpkin was pretty close to Laurie in effectiveness for the Warriors out there today.
