They say that as long as you are making an attempt to touch it with your foot its ok, well he has 3 goes and couldnt manage to touch it, nobody can be that bad at playing the ball (except for Mannah and Wharea Hargraves that is). They would only have to blow a couple of penalties and noone would take the risk of giving away a penalty whilst in possession. Another gutless display by the officials
