When you look at those stats the one thing that stands out to me is vitually every name mentioned ahead of him played for clubs who made the playoffs

The long serving player allowance is only up to $200k for the club no matter how many players we have that qualify.

Does Brooks qualify for long service end of 2021 given he played 1 game in 2014

Well given there are 4 x 16 "outside backs" in the comp, 30 would put his smack in the middle of the road. 20 behind him would mean he is not even middle of the road.

We have juniors. A replacement will not be as experienced but he may be faster, a better defender, runs the ball back equally as hard as Nofoaluma and is much cheaper.
