sorry mate, but most employees would be entitled to diddly squat if they had received three breach notices in the past six months, let alone $300,000. Nofoaluma and Tartak will be trying to push for more dollars, as is their right, but good luck getting anything more than that given his pathetic behaviour in the past 12-18 months.

My reaction to this story is sadness !
In 2020 he was not only one of 2 Dally M wingers for the year but voted WT player of the year and now 3 and a bit years later he is in the pits
Regardless of his form or bad attitude it is obvious that he is surplus to the clubs needs with so many wingers to choose from .
He is simply not needed and club wants to avoid paying him his contracted amount and like most businesses will use " breach of contract " clauses to achieve this .
I wonder if any other player from the 30 -40 who have to train have been late or missed training in the last few months.

One thing I noted last 2 years is being a WT winger is a hopeless job as the ball never reaches the wingers in attack and they mainly get the ball catching bombs 10m out from our own line and are expected to do hit ups out of defence .We also have had weak centers .I wonder how would Alex Johnson at Souths who constantly gets put into space and scores many tries as such would go if he was a WT winger ?

It’s sad because the ball has been in his court the whole time. Victim mentality.

Where have I heard Tartak recently? Isn't he Volkmans manager?

If he is I would say he probably doesn't risk pushing this too much further and leaving Nofoaluma with nothing.

Im sure he doesn't want a 2nd major screw up in as many months

'Personal injury' claim specialists - why would they want to, unless the claim is that the club contributed to his poor fitness/hurt feelings (or he fell over in the CoE)

I’m betting they will say he has two years left at $500k per season. The Tigers have offered him $300k.

They will probably part ways at $500k and call it a day.

Yeah the 3 warnings system is definitely a myth. My point is the letter he received was a termination letter, not a sanction. Seems the club is at the end of its tether with him and won't be issuing anymore sanctions.

I get that his attitude sucks, but it’s amazing people still feel like it’s a leap to acknowledge his ability as a player. He’s the club’s leading try scorer.

Not only WT top try scorer but also the top try scorer from the Wests Magpies of all time,only 1 player at Balmain Tigers has ever scored more Arthur Patten and that was a long time ago.
So out of both parent clubs only one player has scored more tries.Despire his poor attitude he has much to be respected for

Or when he went on twitter to talk about how he is a c defender and his a and b defenders aren't doing it right.
