Dear all West-tigers fan, you need to look in the picture here. Adam is not worth the money spend, we gave him ours whole salary cap. Ok playing is not good enough for the money we spending on this guy. We can used that money to buy someone else. There obvously is a problem among the team players that we need to sorted out and he is a cancer in ours team that will cost us ours final. If you look at it we don't have the same culture that we used to be in 2005\. What we need is someone like Hargreaves or SKD not Adam blair…He just gonna give away penalty after the other and properly seating on the side line by suspended through being lackless tackle. Do we willing to let him do that we all that money we could off spend else where? In my opions is NO WAY!!!! I love west-tigers so.. much and doesn't want it to get spoiled by someone who doen't worth the MONEY we spending on him. :angry:

Blair has only paid 3 games for the Tigers and people are turning on him already. People give him a fair go.
It's like you start a new job and then a few days later people want you fired.
Sometimes I am so sick of people here being so negative and not accepting.
I think Blair will come good. I am keeping the faith.

I cant believe what I am reading here. I was expecting this by round 10 if we wern't performing not round 3? How quickly people turn on this site. Shame on the posters questioning his worth in $$$ and taking up all the salary cap.

Blair has been average, not terrible. Problem is he is playing at the same level as simon Dwyer was last year. Dwyer however was in his first proper year of NRL whilst Blair is a marquee forward. Blair made few runs, some decent tackles but also a very poor miss that lead to a try. The reason he is being critisized is he is on big money hence needs to deliver better, whilst at the moment he is playing like a journeyman or emerging player level. Those defending him need to ask themselves, if we signed Greg inglis and he was playing at the same level as Ben Pomery would you be happy? No you would expect more. For the money he is on he needs to get more involved and lift his game to the level we know he can perform at.
Blair needs to deliver better performances, it's not acceptable for him to play at this level. I believe he will get better and perform to a higher standard, though whether his signing was a smart recruitment decision I'll wait till the end of the year before I judge (though remaining non bias is hard as Gibbs was my favorite player). I wouldn't however blame him for our loss. Our two starting front rowers were out of their depth defensively and playing both at once was a poor coaching decision.
