Well we have been told that the club is listening , Buckets is listening to the Forums comments

I highly doubt that Buckets is listening , too busy organizing the next boys club dinner for that to be of part of his agenda

If you are listening Buckets old Happy wants to make your job far easier so you don't need to read through all our garbage in the other threads

If one of the mods want to make this a sticky go right ahead

Forum members , this is a chance to vent your disgust at where our club is actually at , the lack of passion being shown for the jersey , the seemingly growing lack of respect the players have for management ,fans ,coaching staff . The complete lack of solid recruitment for the past six seasons The blame game that everyone plays , no accountability off or on field

Here's the challenge Buckets , what are you going to do with our feedback ??

Toilet paper perhaps , or maybe read our comments to every member of our squad to embarrass them to their very cores at the next captains run

You blokes want our opinions here they are

I bet Buckets you'll hear more passion on this Forum than you saw at GIO Stadium from the 17 impersonators in the Wests Tigers jerseys on Saturday night

And it doesn't matter , let fly at Taylor , Tedesco ,Woods , Go or Moses , let this club know we aren't going to accept this mediocrity anymore

I just want Buckets to show no fear or favour. Not be afraid to make tough calls. Forget friendships. He will win respect from the fans for that. He also needs to find 1-2 "winners" from other clubs. "hard men" that can turn this club around. Even if they are veterans. @ players that can toughen us up and end the boys club.

Now I don't think Taylor is the man for the job and probably have not for a while. However that is beside the point. If Taylor has lost the players then Buckets should sit the whole squad down behind closed doors and say there future are on the line too and they don't get a free pass should the coach fall by the way side.

I have been a Taylor critic but I just don't want all the blame put on him. Whilst he is there they do everything he says and if they still hate him still show pride for the jumper.

These senior players that have been around the joint for years need to act like leaders.

Everyone is laughing at us again.
 
Tedesco, Lawrence, Nofa and Naiqama hold your heads high.

Rankin, you did not sign up for this crap, everyone knows you have talent, you just aren't a winger.

MCK ask for a release effective immediately, you deserve a first grade spot elsewhere, apparently you aren't good enough for a side that hasn't won a game in the past two months.
 
I for one would love someone with the backbone to finally dismantle the boys club within the playing group.
Forget friendships Buckets, I don't care for it. I want 17 blokes who play with pride when running out with a WT jersey on.
Taylor has his faults and I've never been a fan but at some point the players need a reality check.
Sheens gone, Potter gone, most likely Taylor gone too… When will the underperfoming players be put on notice and or shipped out of the club?
 
Did the players see Canberra players laughing at them?
Did they see the disregard and disrespect the raiders had for our players, because our players seemed to have no respect for the jersey they were wearing…. Or themselves.
They wouldn't have heard other NRL fans in pubs and clubs laughing and sneering at them while WTs fans embarrassingly tried to find a hole to crawl into.
Were any of our players able to look into a mirror after last night and honestly be able to say " I gave it my best"? I think maybe only few could honestly do that.

Ive met you Mark, several times you've given my son a trophy at Dundas Shamrocks pressos... I know you're a class act... I know you will listen and I know hard work is your middle name... But I'm not sure there is an answer for this club

Defence... We've never had it in 16 years

I just want the best team available to be selected each week and for those 17 that run out in the Tigers jersey to give it 110% effort and commitment. Pretty simple
 
Buckets why do these players not respect our jersey, why are our players not bothered?
Why did they let the Raiders shame us? There is no fight in this team, no backbone.
How will you get this WT team to have pride in the jersey, for the club and in themselves?
There's no shame getting beaten by better players, or a better team, as long as we have a dig, but it is embarrassing and shameful to be beaten cos you are unwilling to stand up and be counted. Not putting in that bit of extra effort.
Some say it's our culture that's responsible, some blame the coach, the players etc.
You need to find out the cause and fix things. ASAP.

ive stopped caring. every week we go without a win just makes me more apathetic about this team and our season as a whole

as for what happens this year or next year, i hope we do well but i'm trying my best not to be too vested in week to week results. hurts a bit too much if i do. ill just hold faith that what comes around goes around and we eventually make the finals. ive still never watched us in a finals game live (at the game). only became a proper fan in 2012 - great timing i know.
 
I want more accountability on poor performances on the players. I don't care who they are. Drop players for continued poor performance. We all know what poor performance is. I feel like the coaching group must be making excuses for the poor performances to actually be able to justify picking them again.

What I would like to see from our boys is 100% effort every time they put on a Wests Tigers jersey. They should feel absolutely privileged to wear our colours & do everything in their power to carry on the tradition of this great club. I want to see aggressive line speed in defence, I want to see us contest every bomb, I want to see us be the first to jump on any loose ball & I want us to fight to the death to defend our line. If the opposition score then for Gods sake I wanna see our captain tear a new one out of every single Tiger behind the try line to ensure it never happens again! Lastly, win, lose or draw I want every opposition team to remember when they've played us. Not because of the highlights or what's written in the papers but because they can barely move afterwards.

From the coaching staff I want a promise that they select the best & fittest 17 players we have week in week out. Forget about friendships, sponsors, surnames, potential & salaries, only our best get selected & they are coached to play to their strengths.

For me the season starts now. I wanna see 17 blokes rip & tear for this club, leaving everything on the field from this day forward!
 
Brooks and moses need time in reserve grade, we have enough top squad players to do this and not breach the second tier cap, let them get there confidence up, they say the good halves have all the time in the world, brooks started in grade like that, now he has lost complete confidence and looks like everything is too quick for him. Let them find there time and confidence back then when they along with cherrington are putting in nrl veteran performances in ISP not flashy football but real gritty well structured and team comanding performances well bring them back. If they are the future, they need to begin there apprenticeship now, before it is too late.
We need a tough and respectful administrator that can deliver the message to them that it is the best thing for their future and their future bank accounts if they make this sacrifice now. And while your at it, and your convinced that sironen can be the second coming of Dwyer then let him learn how to play back row in that grade too.

Ban all media talks, no more we need to do this, should of done that, give me silence until the teams performance speaks for itself.
 
If the team is not "competitive" v Souths then sack Jason Taylor & put in a caretaker coach for the remainder of the season. Players must believe that no one (except Woods & Tedesco) is guaranteed as an automatic selection in the team. Friendships & reputations should not cloud or influence team selection.

You have just said what we all want.I hate losing but if i have seen my team play at their best and lose i can accept it. I will never accept constant poor selections and blokes who dont try as we are getting now.
 
My oldest son who's 14 sent an email addressed to Mark O'Neill and Justin Pascoe yesterday. Just about how disheartened we all are and how underperforming we are. It was well written and he didn't personally attack anyone. I'll let you guys know if he gets a response. But I warned him, by the looks of how mismanaged the Club is, he won't get one.
 
Do not I repeat give us another rookie coach ie Payton give This team an experienced coach who will tell the boys club there time of running this club is over unite or piss off team selections are a joke brooks Moses and sironen Lovett milone rankin on the wing and 5 losses later and MCK still cannot get a run ffs fix this club up I'm ashamed to be a supporter and member atm I won't leave I'm not a quitter unlike that trash that side dished up Saturday night
