Dedicated 24 hour NRL channel ??

Can't wait for rolling coverage of the same crap they fill the off-season with PLUS more opportunities to hear what Michael Ennis, Mark Gasnier and Braith f-ing Anasta think of things. I see they've also hired Corey Parker this season - apparently looking to put together a first 13 of utter dbags. Gallen an absolute shoe-in on retirement.

You do realise you arent obliged to tune in arent you? Enjoy Freddy, Joey and Fatty.

Oh I'm not planning to watch any of them, trust me.

Just noticed the posts saying they're expecting another $5 a month?

Is that being tacked onto the Sports package, or you have to pay an additional $5 a month to get the dedicated channel?

Sports pack went up $4 from 1 Feb…there reasoning was for the wanky EPL TV's $1 per channel...which was no additional charge when the first came on board..

Platinum went up $2 per Month

So we're effectively paying $4 because they fell asleep, lost the EPL to Optus and had to scramble for content. I'm getting close to ditching Foxtel. No wonder they're being squeezed out by Netflix and Stan. If the NRL put out their own channel available on smart TVs I'd gladly pay $25 a month…

Either way it's a load of crap because the programming already exists across the other Fox Sports channels from all the shows and the footy coverage. They are just collating it onto one channel. I doubt there'll be much new content.

Agree, the NRL should go it alone and set it up themselves. I'd even pay $50 a month for all NRL content, I'd be saving some $75 a month still in Foxtel subscription.

If you have the Sports Pack which is now $29 per month up from $25…You get..ALL sports Channels including Ch 502 which will become NRL 24/7 as of the 27/2...

The increase was due to the EPL Channels according to their mail out in December..

You don't pay an extra $5 for anything...

If you have Platinum which includes all packages that increased $2//

I ditched foxtel about 6 months ago and its the best thing i ever did. i should have done it years ago.

Looking at all that last night, I think as I have prevously, I'll be sticking to the occasional 360 episode (3 in a week too many) Woodsy & Graham on board may be intersting….Sterlo is good now and then but I only watch it occasionally too...the rest I wont bother with bar the actual games.
