Hence why he will not be in FG at the Tigers next year.

Geez why is it so hard to understand some players need to change clubs to realise their potential.......

sheens doesnt know how to use hes juniors he just wants to play them all over the park
remember when sheens first got here he said he wouldnt play players out of postion than after 2006 he kept doing it ,no wonder are juniors always turn out awful
they never have the chance to grow in the one postion

@NEDKELLY said:I taped the Canberra V Tigers Toyota Cup game and I thought that only the 5/8 Lui (spelling?) seemed like he could make the immediate step up and even then I would be nervous on his debut!
As for Corby the hooker I think he would be a couple of years away from matching the quality of Dene Halatau! Maybe a solid built half-back from Premier League could adjust to hooker and I also thought the 1/2 back in Toyota Cup went ok. Unfortunately living up north does not allow me to see the Toyota Cup talent week in and week out like a number on this forum.
There is no comparison between the quality & standards of the NRL and Toyota Cup! Who could currently step up and play NRL, would only Simon Dwyer & Robert Lui replace current top 25 players in the Wests Tigers Squad?
My point is are we discarding Halatau because of his asking price or are we not going to re-sign him because he is not good enough?
@Chadman's Ghost said:With Morris gone next year, and no experienced back-up hooker on the books, having Halatau as the #14 each week has some appeal.
Tigers are going to have some serious depth across the board next season if a few of these U20's step up.
