Is he still available?

He's missed 3 years of Finals football whereas Sheens has made 3 years last year 20 years. His teams have never finished lower than 11th?

Never seen a team of his give up (until last year of the jersey fiasco).

This guy has plenty of red flags but delivers results more than anyone else.

Surely he can't be worse than this "band"?

I wonder if the one of the good things was giving a false sense of hope. All 3 have had an axe to grind over the years. Although once again I hope I am proven wrong, I still can't believe the club thought this was the way to go re coaches.
 
we just signed benji as coahc for like half a decade unfortunately we are stuck

wont be suprised if the club is relegated during this tenure, as I said before I think we've just been playing touch footy at training

HAHA Maybe they just signed up for revenge. Put the nail in the coffin, wipe your hands and be done with it.

Jokes.. it's ok we won the comp 20 years ago..
 
Backline looks like it took extended leave.

Brooks looks more confused than ever.

Coaching staff really need to give some simplified direction to start with.

If things don't improve massively by the end of this year i doubt if Benji will be coaching us in 2025.I have zero information it is just a hunch.

It's a mess. We've improved our roster and one of our big name signings hasn't played so we might get better but it doesn't look good does it.

It's only 2 games but geez we have a lot of issues.

He's too 'tough' for the current playing group.

They'd get hurt feelings then tank just to get rid of him (as if you could tell the difference anyway).

They made such a big hoo- ha about Sheens, Benji and Farah coming back to steer us back to our former glory, they certainly won’t be looking at changing them anytime soon, not even if they deliver us our second spoon - happy days!
 
The current plan in place pretty much has Sheens guaranteed his two years. The only way that changes is if he hands over the reigns to Benji a year earlier. So it's either Sheens for 2 + Benji for 3, or Sheens for 1 + Benji for 4 (or until he gets sacked or walks away). No point even talking alternate coaches.

I'm just hoping these guys are smart enough to realise that they are unqualified for their jobs.

That's fair but despite what everyone thinks, our roster for once looks OK. Not top 8 but seriously it'd be a waste having Sheens in-charge of this roster. I wouldn't say our roster is any worse than Dolphins..

Jeez mate lay off the turps. Hel be here for one year and our cap.will be out for 5 after that. He's terrible at cap management.
 
They deserve at least the same time given to that mediocre ex coach!
We would never hear of Pole, Matamau, Feledy etc! As he selected mediocre players and never even thought about giving a chance to younger players!

You mean a list of players that Madge signed? Along with Simpkin and steff. From what I’ve seen the last 2 weeks the team was a lot more respectable than when we played Madge ball. That game against the knights was the worst game of rugby league I’ve ever layed my eyes on.

I’m upset that I bought into another “new coach new team” because nothing ever seems to change.

The biggest mistake a club can make is for them to allow the coach to have a say in cap management.We made that mistake before with both Sheens and Cleary,unfortunately i have a horrible feeling we may have done it again with Sheens
