Design our 2014 Home Jersey

I think side panels look horrible generally. Only time I liked them was for the 05-07 jerseys with the honeycomb. Wouldn't mind seeing it return.

I'm youngish and was a Wests Tigers fan to begin with, not from either side. I think the classic design looks much better, simplicity looks great. Goes well with any support outfit and looks far better on the field.

The blood orange is horrible and only goes well with white (see Netherlands national soccer team). A more golden colour has far better combinations with black and white together.

Souths, Bulldogs, Dragons, Knights, Roosters, Cronulla, Manly all have "boring" and "dated" designs for the most part (you could almost add Canberra in too).

Don't see the issue for combining elements of the two greatest designs in rugby league together for the club that is a merger of the two. We get a great jersey and embrace our history.

The kiddies like the flashy plays, the likable players and winners.

I have been in contact with GAZF and he has kindly redrawn three jerseys for consideration.

I personally believe he has absolutely nailed it, and would love to see this design continue to be used for years to come so we can develop a traditional design like Souths, the Roosters and St George Illawarra have.

It has the Magpie back up on the shoulder as agreed back when the joint venture began and is a throwback design to the clubs combined 210 years of history, yet it marches on forward with a fair representation of the clubs three colours in a timeless design.

This surely has to be a gee up….no-one can honestly believe that the designs in this thread are really the future of our beloved club!

Leave heritage for the Heritage Rounds and let's lead Rugby League into the future.

I lived, breathed and dreamed Balmain till the joint venture but even I know things of old are not the direction we need to be moving.

I can't design to save my life so I am begging those that can to look beyond the past and design us something that we can cheer for, scream at, curse, love and hate our team in for years to come.

Go Tigers!!!!

These ones are the best. Simple, clean and the right colour combinations.

They look superb. Which means they probably won't even be considered and instead we will get some rubbish with a tiger claw all over the front because it is fresh and new.

Agree 100%… these are the best jersey design i've seen, would buy all 3 of them.

These ones! Adopt these as the Wests Tigers strip and a lot of fans will be very happy. I sure would be stoked. Each is identifiable as being our squad, unlike some of the previous years strips. Nods to the past.. Love 'em!!

No matter what new (non heritage influenced) design is selected, there will always be 'debate' or perception that its too Balmain like or not Wests enough (or similar vice versa)

There are some good modern designs but the mish mash of designs, plain boring white and inconsistent orange are what makes them terrible.

A clean 2000-2002 or 2008-2010 design is what is needed. Not rocket science.

The ones by Galahs' mate are perfect for this. Simple, easily recognisable and sleek in design. They would sell like hotcakes with older fans.

Question is would the younger generations embrace it? We need a design that will become synonymous with the Wests Tigers. Like the Red V for the Dragons, lime green for Canberra or the Tricolours for the Cocks.

They do look great, but is it the desings or the designers skills?
