Developer put on notice over new Wests Tigers leagues club

The developer of the $285 million Rozelle Village project has been warned by the Inner West Council that failing to include a new Wests Tigers leagues club in the development would violate NSW government approval conditions. While Perifa Group has been accused of stalling negotiations with Holman Barnes Group, the developer maintains it intends to deliver the required club space. Read the full story at SMH.
