I will not bleach my hair blonde, enough grey as it is, I have standards you know.
And dont ask me to bring back scotch and cokes in those stupid little trays, if early they will be consumed before i sit down and towards the end of the game most of it will fly all over people as I trip and go crashing to the deck.
For my safety and to other patrons I regretfully decline my offer to attend, instead I'll entertain myself at my home theatre and bar.

We have had much worse at the club.

These guys are lacking a descission maker, a leader on the park and thats reflected in the execution.

Its easy to bag Madge if this was an isolated issue under him only. It's Not.

WTS still recruit the dregs of the league cause they're the only ones that will come here.

This clubs will.get better.

To answer the question posed by this topic. Yes- we probably do. It’s a very valid point that our team is full of players with very little footy IQ or sense of urgency or vision to see things in the game.
However i am sure the decision to kick for goal with a few minutes left was not made by Brooks for those who are blaming him.

Not blaming Brooks at all. It was from above. But in all honesty as if Brooks would of made the call, he would of struggled to make a decision by himself as proven over and over haha.

Yes, that was odd? What was going through his mind at the time? Of course tries were hard to come by in that game. He had no immediate support. Was he thinking to run the 50 mts to score? Whatever, but certainly points come off his quota for that.

It’s not just him either. It’s sticking a leg out to block a kick and giving up another six tackles, wingers who don’t challenge for bombs when they should, and do challenge when they shouldn’t, guys who go for the miracle pass rather than hold it and continue to build pressure, random players getting into dummy half and stunting our attack. Every game I see examples of Ill disciplined play that wouldn’t cut it in park footy. These are the things you don’t see often from teams full of experience. Maybe Madge is actually being too nice in video sessions?

I’ve watched every post match presser this season. He’s finding it hard to get on the front foot and look for the good things done by an individual. He sticks to comments about “the team.” “If the team performs..the team knows it needs to follow the process etc.
Then he responds to some questions in a defensive way. “Yes, we’ve spoken as a group about this and the team know what to do.”
I’m sure he does this, but I want to see Madge single out players for what they do well during the presser. If he says he’s proud of the team, then tell the world what it is they do to make him feel that way. Now is the time to do that and get some real momentum I believe.

I tend to agree. Praise the good efforts publicly but don’t overlook clear problems behind closed doors.

His attack is so so dull though. It’s painful.
But if his defense is that good to negate his offense then I’d take it too. Just don’t give him the pill!
