well, they drop off 5 points per game after the offence, so if beau has played say, 40 games or so since then, he should have dropped off 200 or so points, which SHOULD leave him with no carryover points.

you have to remember now they have the Cam Smith Clause where if they have carry over points, they lose 5 points per game if there aren't charged out of that game
