Does Farah come in?

In the eyes of the club he is no longer required. This happens in management type contracts everyday in the real world. As long as he gets his entitlements owed to him for that contract, their behaviour is legitimised as it is a common practice and far from illegal. The way some harp on you'd think the club were balls deep in illegal behaviour.

In the real world you dont identify an employee to the media as someone who does not "fit" in your workplace, tell him he is no longer required , yet leave him hanging around for the next 12 maybe 24 months. You would pay they are due and tell them to leave immedately. A proffesional organisation in the "real world" would never in a million years handle a situation like this the way the tigers coaching staff and higher management have.

Uh, the club never went to the media, Farah did, a fact always conveniently forgotten.

I take it that you've not heard of the term "gardening leave." Many businesses employ that tactic, I've also encountered that personally after resigning, simply to stop me from going to a competitor early but not have any contact with those within my previous employer.

The one significant difference is that Rugby League clubs are inhibited by salary caps on player spending. Real world private enterprise can let someone contracted go and while it counts the salary counts on their bottom line, it doesn't stop them from spending more on bringing another employee into the business whereas NRL clubs are precluded from doing that by way of the salary cap.

It's about money and the salary cap.

Money not form keeping Farah out: Ayoub by Matt Logue

You're going to reference not only an article from the Telegraph, but an article from the telegraph in which Ayoub is centred on Ayoub opening his mouth.

Good god man try save a modicum of credibility.

Why then is the telegraph . Such a font of knowledge, if they write a complimentary story on Taylor.
They all of a sudden, become almost saint like with their wise words
It's amazing how opinions of them change.

The Kidwell story today! Everyone excepts it as gospel because it is favourable to WTs. How about a reality check Ink with your Messiah. I think we can still fight it out for second last again this year.

interesting andrew johns saying moses is a halfback not a 5/8\. that he should be number 7 and running the show. maybe brooks has to go back to reserve grade. and maybe you play a big 5/8 like sironen, who csn tackle but also pass if has too.

yes plz, brooks kicks today had reserve grade written all over them…
play a siro, lawrence or mabye even chee-kam at 5/8

I can't see Taylor selecting Farah, imagine if we won, it would be too much. No I think Farah should be left out and let Taylor continue on with the team he wants he's the coach, can't see us winning another game this year, tonight was an absolute disgrace and whilst the players were the ones on the field fumbling and bumbling around, Taylor is at least just as culpable if not more so.

Still
Haven't reccovered from watching Sirro against Raiders.
Moses at half and captain and Sirro at 5/8.
Maybe Johns wants to destroy club!

It just gets worse.

I really think moses has to take the reins and be our halfback. Brooks looked better on his debut then he does now with 60 games under his belt. I reckon Moses to halfback, sirro has been looking good in reggies.

Seems Moses is a type of player who can look good at 40 to 10.
This is a problem because he detracts from Brooks game is the prime reason Farah is in 2nds and the team is in the lower mid table.
He needs to take more of a back seat role and pick his moments where he can be a match winner.
Not a good organiser.
