Dragons looking to sign Galloway, maybe lawerence - Rumour

SMH is saying one more player needs to go to alleviate Dragons' salary cap issues: B Morris released, Stockwell to Newcastle, one to go.

Can't see them taking on KG or Rowdy with that kind of pressure.

And who exactly are they paying all this money. Apart from Merrin, Dugan, Widdop and Benji I can't see much money anywhere else.

thats what happens when you poorly manage the cap and backend contracts im guessing.

roosters, broncos etc. are effectively managed, so everyone assumes they're rorting the cap. When in reality they grab players like Jennings on massive discounts and sign rep wingers for 40k a year when they are playing NSW cup

Dugan will move back to fullback now that Hayne is gone, I don't see Morris as a major loss to the Dragons, yes he is an amazing player but they have good wingers.

1\. Josh Dugan
2\. Jason Nightingale
3\. Charly Runciman
4\. Dylan Farrell
5\. Gerard Beale

Also the Matautai brother and Quinlan.

Happy, do we need Kiethy or Lawrence in 2015,or do we need new blood at a minimum cost to do the job for us..

I don't think either are what they used to be…

Although I praise the work they have done over the years..... :sign:

Keith is slow and a bit of a goon, but I think he makes a few meters each game which is his job. Lawrence doesn't do his job in any way, shape or form. Is this year his last on contact? When will the nightmare end? The Dragons won't take either. Lets face it. Their forwards are ok, but they struggle to score. Lawrence wouldn't help them in that regard - he couldn't score in a brothel and Mary knows that. He's ours for keeps unfortunately.

Also, maybe Keegan Smith's focus on explosive strength training (along with his foot being properly fixed) will help his leg drive and running into contact.
If he can improve that then he'll be good.

I find it funny how we're putting all our hopes into a department rarely every mentioned before this season.

Probably because it barely existed at the WT's in the past

The results that we will see from 2016 onwards will make a huge difference to our on field performances

it's no coincidence, if you look at players used by clubs in the last 2 years. Tigers are among the highest. And (i havent added it up) but we're probably last or 2nd last if you add up 2013 and 2014.

And guess who are the least? souths and chooks.
