Dwyer

I was wrong.

He didn't play prop and he played well. Dropped a few balls, seems like a boofhead of the highest order, but boy can he hit a hole and his speed is deceptive!

Great game from Dwyer. Keep it up, prove these "experts" right when they say you've got a big future!

Anyone hear Johns/Fittler/Sterling asking if he was from NSW? Haha, come on fellas, you've got Chris Heighington in the same team about 20 backrowers ahead in the pecking order. Bit disrespectful.

Deserved to be man of the match in my opinion.
Had a good game and is a great player imo.

I think Dwyer has put egg on the face of a lot of WT Supporters. I called for him to be dropped. Needs to follow it up again next week. Still drops the ball alot. Needs more ball security.

WHY WAS HE LOOKING AT THE CAMERA TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM FITTLER?

I was in stitches.

Hahaha, I thought it was awesome.
Spoke well and kept the eye contact strong.
… Defo shows confidence.

I dont know about eggs on faces.. we expected big things from him this year and he's been missing in action.

That said, the way he played tonight justifies those expectations. Great game from the big fella, hopefully he's turned the corner and can put in an effort like that most weeks.

Hmmm, could it have been some 'advice' from Gibbs just before the interview???

He did really well & the man of the match should boost his confidence level right back up.. Good on him.

I still can`t believe some people on here wanted him dropped?
Would make any 17 in the NRL and thankfully won`t be dropped as long as Sheens is coaching the Wests Tigers.

Great great game from him.

I am one of his ultimate haters but earned his spot for next game.

BUT until he backs it up next week.

Stepped tonight and had a very good game, notwithstanding he occasionally has hands like feet. Did well against Souths pack and showed how damaging he can be when used as a wide running backrower with the likes of Marshall setting him up.

Fittler asked him if he was a Blue and he seemed a little embarrassed to admit he was from Macqaurie Fields, he still has that baby faced look about him, just wait till he hardens up!.

For real…
It didn't come across like that to me @ all.

I'm sure he would of simply said "Yessir, I'm from NSW" if he was ashamed of where he is from or whatever but he showed a lot of confidence in the interview it seemed, to me at least.

i think he was named in some future young blues squad by ricky stuart at start of year. who knows if he keeps the form up could make that initial 40-50 man squad for this year.

Tissues Dwyer answered my request and he played hard tonight. Was pumped up to the max and about bloody time.

Mitch Brown pumped up too.

Great effort boys .

Give him a break Geo; I think we were all looking for 'Tissues' to step up a bit tonight. And that he did.
