ELLIS OUT !?!

whoever gets the chance just has to aim up, the cowboys forwards arent what they used to be and neither are there backs, even with our 2 best forwards out we still boast a better forward pack then them.

penrith prove you dont need the big names just guys willing to run hard and do the job

if we were at home it would be fine but its up there,so not only do the tigers have a few big injury's we also have to contend with the crowd and the travel
if we win this ,we will be a top 4 team this year imo

na i think we will beat them as long as our forwards dominate we have way to much attack for them to handle

Ayshford, Galloway and Ellis are all crucial elements that have contributed to the dynamic of the strong cohesion Wests have. Having several solid players out of the top 17 is a blow, no matter which way you look at it. The Tigers depth will surely be tested. There will be a lot more onus and responsibility on the shoulders of Farah, Moltzen and Marshall. A high completion rate will ensure Wests are more than an even money bet to come home with the 2 competition points. Defence however could be a major problem, losing Ellis, Galloway and Ayshford is a tremendous blow to the Tigers 'D'. Their replacement must lift.

I think the key to this game in attack is beau ryan's go-forward on kick returns and quick PTB's. Defensively, fulton, gibbs, farah and fifita need to have big games. Fifita has impressed in recent weeks and his hard runs get the tigers on the front foot

"Player: Jason Cayless
Injury: Boil on groin.
Return date: Rd 6."

Sheesh… I appreciate the detail in the injury reports, but they could have just said "groin injury".

I will actually glad when 7:30 Saturday rolls around. The longer this week goes on the more players become injured. We seem to lose a player every 12 hours! Maybe Skando should make the trip up there just in case.

That sounds very uncomfortable but isn't that something that can be treated quickly?

spot on knob!

If Gareth has a niggling injury I would prefer he sat this one out …it's a long season no use causing more damage and we have the Dogs in 7 days.
