ATM he’d fit right in with the Warriors

Perfect club if he doesn't like doing the hard yards

A year ago I would have hated to read this article but after his performances this year I wouldn't mind at all. He's been bog average.

Is the Mole a Sharks fan?

If it's true it's no great loss, he hasn't exactly been killing it and his defense is ???

The Mole funnily enough is a tigers fan mate, and his mail along with Brent Read tends to be pretty good with WT. Not saying he's right about this, but he does have more idea than others.

It reads like a plant to see what can be shaken loose. Noise from the Dogs and Cowboys that they are desperate to sign a good centre. With Maguire being the current NZ coach, a move away is not logical.

I think I'll wait to see what transpires before I jump.
Just for conversation sake has anyone done an analysis of the moles rumour grab success rate? I always wonder why some 'journos' hide behind pseudonyms, it gives them all the credibility of a gossip columnist........

And for those who want to flagrantly disregard forum rules and swear, banning awaits you.

How long do bans last for? I can't even find a copy of the rules of the forum anymore.

I said drop him this week he hasn’t had his head in the game for a while. Defensive liability and not running hard.

In this particular instance the ban is permanent as the member had been previously banned. Gave them a second chance and they blew it.

Marsters has had plenty of ball all year, but hasn't done a lot with it. I don't believe the article for a minute. No great loss if it's accurate though. But we may miss his goal kicking ability I suppose. lol

Thanks, but there's very little mention of bans in there, and no mention at all of durations. Those rules are 10 years old and should be updated to reflect the current interpretation. That thread should also be posted as a sticky in the main forums and sub forums as i'd presume very few people ever go to the feedback and issues sub.

There seems to have been a huge increase in bans in recent months, some of very frequent and long time posters and i'm sure i'm not the only one perplexed as to why this is. I haven't seen the offending comments so I obviously can't comment on the severity of the offence and suitability of the punishment but I think greater transparency would be appreciated by all.

I know this is off-topic in this thread but i also think it's important that forum readers know this, and creating a specific thread in a sub forum no-one reads won't help awareness of the issue.

From NRL Website-

Marsters' long term future at the joint venture remains uncertain after recently being granted permission by the club to test his value at other clubs.

NRL.com understands Marsters’ management approached the Tigers for an upgrade given his breakout season last year, however, the Tigers are reluctant to upgrade and extend him and in turn allowed the centre the opportunity to see what he could attract on the open market.

They aren't 10 years old ..the thread was just stickyed when the forum migrated to this new version..they were re-written then..

The main reason users are banned is deliberate or disguised swearing despite being warned many times both directly and in general..

You wont see the comments as they are deleted..

Hasn't deserved an extension/upgrade in my opinion. Don't let the door hit ya on the way out 👋

@NT_Tiger I would say so... all im going off is those two small paragraphs buried in an article about Farah on the NRL website.

Common sense would indicate that this should wait until our season is over.

Thanks for the reply @jirskyr: strangely, neither of the posts I mentioned to Willow being yours and GNR4LIFE were showing the like function, but now they are.
Have a great day and enjoy the footy :relaxed:
