Fainu and Sullivan's kicking game

Fainu doesn’t kick much. Sullivan has a decent kicking game but it’s inconsistent at this stage.

I’d imagine Sezer is there to do most of the kicking until the other 2 are ready to take over.

Is a kicking game something you can develop? Or is it a skill you either have or don't?

Not to harp on about Brooks but his kicking game didn't evolve through his entire career with the Tigers.
 
what I’ve seen of Sullivan he backs himself and he definitely isn’t shy coming off 10 years of brooks is refreshing and we might be getting a winger from dragons who is the second highest point scorer in nsw cup good in the air and can kick goals, Sullivan assisted in some of his tries but with latu it’s hard to judge who he will do in nrl time will tell tho

From what I’ve seen Sullivan has a half decent kicking game, but doesn’t really kick the ball high or long which os a bit of a concern.
Fainu doesn’t appear to be an be overly confident general play kicker.
But they both appear to have a smarter and better short kicking game than what we’ve had for the past few seasons, which wouldn’t be hard.
Hopefully a full off season concentrated on general play kicking and strategy should help young players make a big improvement.
 
Sullivan is pretty clever with his kicking game. Fainu is more the running player, but has a decent short kicking game.

They will need to work on that aspect of their game. Could be where Bomber excels.
 
I reckon these two are good buys for us. Centre is where we are really lacking. Most teams targeted our lack of wide defence all season . When you are starting with AJ in the centres you are so far off the pace it’s not funny

While I agree that Kepaoa shouldn’t be anywhere near our backline, you can get away with average outside backs if you have a good forward pack, good halves and a couple of X factor players. Roosters had Pauga in their side who is barely NSW cup standard.

We have the makings of a decent forward pack but sadly let down by the halves and no players with X factor.

Hopefully Fainu and Sullivan can help with that.
