I'm not saying the AFL should have done it. I'm just saying I don't blame him for taking the money. He only turned 21 years old this year. He will be able to come back to Rugby League when he is 26 years old if he chooses too. Don't think the NRL wont let him comeback with open arms. After his NRL/AFL career he will never need to work again if he doesn't want to.
 
The Gay FL are using him, purely and simply, here's their chance to sign up all those vunerable Polynesian kids who don't know what code they want to follow, this is an attack on our heartland and I hope we step up to the plate in combatting this, if we ignore this signing it is at our peril.
