Can someone please tell me what's wrong with Robbie I know a lot of ppl are going to say he is coming back from injury BUT IMO he has not been right for 2 seasons and does not look happy at the tigers ????

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Sheens promised him a start in the Australian side and then picked someone else.

Maybe it's what's going on with his mum.

He smashed his nose in the first game and played ok , he then ran out the week later before it had time to heal and sporting two black eyes and still played ok - and last week he ended up covered in blood and still played ok!
I don't think he's playing his best at the moment (he sets a high standard) but you can't say he isn't trying.

Maybe he shouldn't be captain. Sometimes the best players are not good under the extra pleasure. Let him just play his game. Ps a broken doesn't help as I know from experience, it can make you off balance

Some of you make me sick. He could barely train at all during pre-season due to his surgery and recovery. He has also been looking after his mum whilst recovering. First game back in horrid conditions and gets a broken nose for his trouble and then re-breaks it the next week agaisnt manly while making a million tackles and then friday night i thought he looked much better out of dummy half that the first two weeks, not to mention getting a nasty gash on the hand during the game. What a warrior!

Hear ! hear !!!!!!!!

I thought e was playing well this season bar his kicking. His dummy runs have been negatated since the refs decided not to penalize anymore…

His general kicking has been better than Marshall's too. He put in a couple of pearlers against the Dragons while Marshall just kicks it back to them.

I think Robbie will be getting a 3-4 week holiday to rest up all his niggles anyway

His upcoming suspension might be exactly what he/this team actually needs.

Its early days, i notice Tigers fans allways panic when we loose 2 games in a row, i have faith!!!

remember pre mid-2009?

all we ever did was lose 2 or more in a row…. :roll

Yeah i remember, Heres a good question:

Do you think because we won the premiership in 05 we expect them to win every match each week and win the premiership each year?

And

Do you think the Balmain and Wests fans would have complained as much even though our teams were no where near as good as the WestsTigers are?

Its like money, if you dont have any your used to it but if you make alot of money you always want more and more!

When i watch the Tigers play i enjoy the little things, good tackle, good try but for 80 mins i try not to just think about winning, mostly i look for improvements and good play. Winning is an extra bonus!

All I know is there is one dene halatau playing for the bulldogs on a 1/4 of the money Robbie is on and we let him go I know he ain't playing hooker there but we all know he could have ..

Well said diver ….hes been our best, he may not be going greeat but the 150% effort is evident.

Some very poor posts here

I just believe the other coaches know he is a vital player in our attack and they target him with their attack to tire him our , great ploy imo.
And on a personal note , his mum has pancreas cancer and trust me when cancer is close to you its always on your mind .
