Fans getting their knockers in a knot which ever way Robbie goes.

He talks openly and honestly he is a disgrace for bringing things up again and not concentrating on football.

He doesnt say anything (when the Potter thing broke) and he is a coward and running scared and having a cry.

Cant win.

It actually amuses me how worked up our fans get about Robbie. It's like kids at a primary school "Miss Robbie was pulling faces at me"

Get over it.

He isn't? You can count on one hand the number of juniors we have produced who have gone on to represent Australia, he's one of them. Has his form dipped the last couple of yrs? Sure it has. But it hasn't been through lack of effort, he was still trying to find his feet after an horrific injury. An injury that happened when he was on the verge of being the best centre in the world and was our next captain in waiting that people have chosen to completely forget when analysing the player he is.

To say that he isn't a club legend is as disrespectful as anything said about Farah. This is a guy who almost crippled himself in our jersey. For people to brush him like he's insignificant shows how short peoples memories are with a "we only care about what you do for us today, we don't care what you did yesterday".

To put it more simply, if the same injury fell Tedesco this yr, and struggled afterwards, would his status as a a potential club legend go out the window? Would you forget the ability he had pre-injury and put down his poor form to just not having a go?

It is a fair post. Your entitled to your opinion.

I still don't classify a few good seasons as a club legend. You can blame injury for his whole rest of career if you want but i don't really buy it.

Farah was won a comp, won origin and played for Aus, whilst missing out for the Dally M by a point twice. Captained us for 7 years.

I guess don't throw around a word like legend. Lawrence I would describe as a club stalwart.

There is a fair difference there but i respect your opinion.

He can't win. No matter what he says there will a bunch of posters crucifying. I just hope he has a good season on the field and all of this goes away.

People in the media and the forums have been desperate to pin the fact that team mates hated Farah.

However basically all come out and support him to the hilt.

Benji said he hated losing and have could be a moody bloke.

Personally i would rather have had a few more of those characters around the club over the "boys club" we had.

He is no longer the captain of the Club acknowledged he is in the leadership group..however Woods is now the Captain…if he is truly stepping away from the responsibilities as he says to concentrate on football just do it...he already addressed the issue earlier in the week...just move on...
 
I wish Farah would let bygones be bygones and put a sock in it. The club should put him on a media ban.

Harping to anyone who will listen will not help his season, or the clubs, especially if we hit the skids early.

I hope he does have a brilliant year on the field this year,he has to earn his huge paycheque without the responsibility of being captain,he shouldn't have anything in his way except his ego…as for this going away,if he does smash it this year,it just goes to show how mundane he has been for two years..

I said the same thing a few pages ago, its been done to death and everything you could possible say about the saga has been said or written. Farah needs give all the journos a cold shoulder,turn the clock back with some real stunning form and save all the Taylor stuff for a juicy chapter in his book when he retires.

Yes based on that he honestly thinks:
- He is a club legend
- He was 100% right
- JT was 100% wrong
- JT failed to appreciate that he is a club legend
- Football is just business and commoners like Heighno, Gibbsy, Beau & others need to get punted from time to time, but not a club legend like him
- Laurie Daley is smart because he appreciates that he is a club and NSW legend
- He listens to what Laurie Daley says because it is in praise of him, and he does not listen to people that do not praise him because they are 100% wrong like JT
- Doing interviews is good because he gets to point out that JT was made to apologise, confirming that he was 100% right and JT was 100% wrong

A completely needless shot over the bow of the coach. A power play. A jerk move. Shut up and play Robbie. You are to many a club legend but you are only diminishing your own status by giving these kinds of interviews.

Nelson, absolutely brilliant analysis and summation !!! Just catching up after being away and couldn't believe Robbie, at it AGAIN !! I think our coach had a pretty tough year too, Robbie, against the well oiled AYOUB propaganda machine!
Please no more interviews! Just play your heart out and I will support you!
