Judging by Farah's recent presser it makes sense that the article posted before was conducted a while ago, maybe even last year. The attitude difference between the presser and that article is vast.

Wouldn't surprise me that a journo may sit on that interview until now as when it was conducted Robbie was talking like this constantly and it wouldn't have been headline news so to speak. Release it a couple of months later and viola!

I said as such that those comments in the article (buried away in the middle of the thread) are along way from what he said in the press conference. I said he doesn't need to take pot shots even if he is right. I ackknowledged that, and i said that article could have been done earlier in the year (which could be right or wrong)

From the press conference my gut feeling is that he is focused on football and winning. It was an 8 minute interview done live from training on Tuesday.

I don' t think he is perfect, but I find it pathetic the fans just waiting to pounce on him at any opportunity. Any word they don;t like. Any press he does (or any press he doesnt do in Potters case) Can't wait till he grubbers one dead this year or throws a loose pass.

There might be a few members displaying gymnastic ability by the end of this year. Lawrence has been sent out again and again when 1/2 fit. Coaches need to take a lot of the blame from Sheens trying to turn him into a 5/8 and potter keeping him in the centres when he should have been converted into a backrower years ago. He can only do the job he is asked to do and I will give Taylor a big tick for realising that his best position for the team is in the backrow.

Maybe he should have just said 'It was a dream, nothing really happened. The boys are training harder than ever before and are are 110% committed to making the finals this year… :blah '

Or he could have said it is in the past, we have moved on and this year we are both working towards the team having a successful year.

I'd hardly call it a master selection from out of the blue as it was a common call from forum members way before Taylor came to the club, it was evident to all that his speed had dropped somewhat and his he was struggling in the centre.
Il give him credit though for giving Chris a shot in the pack.

I kinda believe JT and Robbie have come a working arrangement that's going work for season 2016\. However if JT is offside with the halves as well and they arnt progressing forward….our season will be over before its begun . Let's hope he has won the dressing room over.
