Farah Slams Tigers Management

I'm convinced you have a personal issue with Farah. Your loss.

You didn't listen to the radio interview, just as I suspected.

No personal issue with Robbie. Never met him. My issue with him is how he carries himself on the field and how he represents the club. Every week I wath him conduct press conferences like a spoilt brat. I admit that my view of him in this regard may shape my perceptions of his performances. I see him as a selfish individual with a God complex.

Is he a very good footballer? Yes. He had the capacity to be the best number 9 in 30 years. Has all the skills and abilities. He is a far more complete footballer than Smith.

However. Smith leads him for dead as a leader and a team player. Smith would never criticise his teammates, Farah does it on a regular basis.

But its an opinion mate. You are free to disagree. No need to resort to calling me pathetic because you dont share my view.

He should be having this discussion behind closed doors!

Maybe he's tried and nothing changed. A Bit of pressure might get them to act like a professinal football club

He most definitely has been complaining about our recruitment for years. In the contract negoiations before the last one, I am sure he stated that he wanted the club to sign a real halfback to take the pressure off him. Did this happen no, I actually believe we are very lucky that he stayed with the club when he signed the last contract as the club has really not done enough to support him.

SputhernTiger,
Your comments about Robbie suck!!!! To say he should not be the captain is laughable.

Thats alright. History will judge me well on this one as it did with Moltzen.

What? Robbie has proven himself as the
Most valuable player in our team over and over again. Explain your link with Moltzen

Oh….and look at that, vice captain for NSW. Obviously there must be some leadership potential there!!!!!

Robbie is a born leader, full stop. Why should time tell whether he's good or not. Time and time again he's shown his worth.
And southerntiger please cut it with your past crystal ball prediction on Moltzen, you weren't the only one that could see into the future.

PS please don't say I told you so about Robbie, when he gets past the age of 34, I could see he'll offer nothing then to.

You're gonna have to give some actual examples Southern…. Even smith berates players, saw him having an argument a few weeks back with some storm teamates on field.

How on earth does he conduct himself like a spoilt brat after pressers?? he usually makes a joke or two with the interviewers, answers questions correctly and in a professional manner.

Criticism is justified. WT management has failed us in years gone by…

- Blowing money upon start up of WT
- Noyce days were good but things were not perfect (back dating contracts and adventurous move from 6 x LO & 6 x CSS)
- Humphries era has had poor outcomes. Mess... Poor contract deals, letting juniors and good talent go, signing sheens again past his used by date, nsw cup debacle, balmain debt (sugar coating it as a non WT issue), some membership problems (stuffing up seating etc) and poorly managed contracts with past and present players..

Too many players have left because of humphreys offering 'verbal contracts' really gotta stop promising things we cannot pay for or know the outcome etc

Well it's the truth and the truth will set you free as they say. I prefer honesty and people should be free to answer how they feel, rather than the stock standard politically correct BS that EVERYONE knows is BS

Farah is undoubtedly a poor leader. His ongoing relationship issues with Marshall, his onfield dissatisfaction with young players (Miller) and now this are a testament that he should never have been captain.

Now this is one of the better examples of sarcasm I have seen on here, well done.

The opinions and replies in this thread are wide ranging, varied and interesting.
We are a reflection of the club, board and players imo…all over the joint.

Have a good week kiddies.

Completely missleading headline…..very telecrap like.

He hardly slammed them, just called it how it is.

I thought it was refreshingly honest.

Robbie is tops.

And peeps saying he isnt playing well.....obviously have something going on cos he has been the rock of this team for years and is by far our number one player.

Yes this thread probably is a fair resemblance of one of our board meetings ! :bash

ha, very true knuckles.

I'm amazed how some people can classify themselves "supporters" when they do the exact opposite of the definition of the word. Maybe "acquaintances" might be a better term?

Here we go. True supporters dont criticise the club or players. What rubbish.

This is a forum to express views on the team, some of them will be positive, some will not.

I dont believe Farah has met his potential and consider him a bad leader. So what.

I have had my say and will not harp on about it like the anti-Sheens brigade has done aince '07.

So it's alright for you to continually bag Farah, but nobody else can do it with Sheens. Ok.
