I've jumped into this thread late, but is there anything pointing to an actual flare up between these two… or are people just swallowing the James Hooper/MMM clickbait?

Pretty sure JT said months ago that they would be resting Farah around origin time to get the most out of him towards the back end of the season.

The only direct quotes I have seen come from Tigers players who say there is no ongoing feud at all.

He did say that, but he thought he would have Ballin as cover, that option has gone, so to not play him last week and have no hooker in the 17, and start with Halatau this week is lunacy, and just proves Taylor has no idea on managing players and coaching an NRL team. 😱pen_mouth:

Oh im not saying I agree with the decision to play Taylor at Hooker … just that it was a premeditated decision to not play Farah, and nothing to do with a feud.

It's true, it would kill some of you to not have something that you can build into a conspiracy for Farah to do or say something to affect Taylor. How do you explain that TTs report about the Team doesn't show any thing to back up the usual bleats about Farah.

my complaints about our underachieving coach , have been backed up on numerous occasions, and concern his erratic behaviour( bleating on radio stations,)
Comments at Press conferences that go completely against what we all see in the game.
I won't bother repeating all of those.
His bizarre habit of playing 3, or so hookers, or no recognised hookers at all.
Wasting bench players by only giving a few mins in a game
Breaking his public boast that we would no longer play injured players, or players out of position.
Having a player who showed , without doubt ,that he was exactly what we needed as a lock , moved to hooker in his next game
His inability to improve the team and specifically , our halves .
Would you like more, because there's plenty.

So youre telling me that Farah would have made the difference against the roosters and then backed up against Souths and played a short game again that was of any value to us?

Id rather he missed the roosters and be good to go, the only player on fresh legs after a 5 day turnaround, for the souths game.

And then im sure there is pressure, probably from Farah himself to make sure he is still fresh for Origin2.

Doesn't mention the whole saga about Robbie saying that potter can't coach and it also suggests that Farah took a 'pay-cut'. It's been widely discussed that while Benji labelled it as such in an interview, it was a pay deferral, not a cut. BIG difference.

Tallis said his question to Robbie was " How is Potter doing? Robbie's reply was " He's struggling "
That's a bit different to saying he can't coach. The media ( Matty Johns and co.)made it sound worst then it was.
Potter could coach, but his lack of communication skills is what let him down, and that will be Tailors down fall too.
