Farah/Taylor Thread...

I would say he is on the team on merit, who else would you put? Ennis has played how many times for zero series wins, at least Robbie has one! Ennis is a very good hooker, just not Origin standard. There is no one else at the moment. Farah hasn't played reserve grade in quite some time.
I thought the article honest, of course he wouldn't forget what Taylor has done.
If rumours are true, the young halves don't like playing under Taylor and may leave. I know I would rather have
Farrah, Moses, Brooks and Payten, Cleary, Toovey or anyone basically,
instead of
Taylor, no Farrah, no Brooks, no Moses.
I think the reaction at Campbelltown from the crowd cheering Farrah and booing Taylor shows where most Tiger fans stand on this.
Having said that, good win last night, thought Moses and Brooks excellent after a slow start. I just hope we retain both and also Joshua Aldo-Carr, he looks dynamite.

I've been offside with this bloke for a long time now. It's good to see others now noticing his true colours shining through. Unfortunately, it surfaces at the worst time. He's probably one of the most narcissistic people I can think of.

He says he told his Manager that the 4 year deal would get him into trouble. Potter realised this and wanted to only sign him for 2, Farah blew up deluxe and the rest is history. The guy is a moron, and it's just sad that his legacy has been tarnished.

Farah is not the form hooker in the comp. Could have looked at Ennis, Mitch Rein or Peats

You want give Ennis more chances of giving qld another win on a plate, because of his stupid penalties.
I don't. ( And Daley obviously doesn't either)

Yeah for whatever reason Ennis just doesn't work in origin. His club form has been the best of any prospective NSW hooker but I still wouldn't have picked him. Peats did a good job immediately slotting in at Gold Coast, he was probably the best option. I don't doubt Farah will put in 110% for the Blues though, he's unlikely to let Daley down.

Farah should've left in 2009 (I think it was) when the Titans were after him .

The past three years at Parramatta would have worked well, but a few fools decided to match them and look where that decision got us.

8 months is a long time in football , I reckon many people are just sick of Robbie's consistent jibs

I will say it again , footballers play football , they don't comment on club polictics , involve themselves in getting coaches sacked , tell management what they will or won't do , have conversations with media people about their thoughts on coaches (on or off the record )

Let Taylor try and do his job , if he fails he fails

If Taylor is succeeding a true "champion" of the club like Farah would be cheering from the roof tops no matter what and would then take his foot out of his mouth and admit he was wrong , shake hands and let bygones be bygones and help to make the club better

Robbie a message to you , if Wally Lewis thought he was bigger than the club and wasn't , you sure as hell aren't a hope in hell , you don't have the class to shine his boots , let alone walk in them

If you think about it the reason we are over paying Farah is because we had to match the offer from Parra, who we now know were cheating the cap. Parra's cheating has stuffed our cap for 4 years! 😱pen_mouth:

Farah is a club legend and will go down as a club legend but its time to move on for both parties. Imagine your workplace telling you that your not good enough and trying to move you on, then realising they have to keep you and you have to work there. The club handled the farah situation pathetically last year. They should have told him to make this year his last year and to go to england next year. Hopefully that still happens.

Ive said it before and i will say it again the problems at the tigers are farah and taylor. the sooner both go the sooner we will become a team with a chance. Unfortunately we look like losing our future stars before that happens.

Well after reading this thread he should pach his bags and F OFF!

He is smart >. Has a business degree as well as a crystal ball..he can see the writing on the wall for 2016..the big question is will JT , Buckets and Pascoe give him his last hoorah at the expense of the team and club or give him what he so desperately wants?

Matt Ballin left the club that didn't want him with dignity and respect and the Manly and Wests Tigers fans both love the guy.
Farah wasn't wanted by any other Sydney club and the majority of Wests Tigers fans don't want him here either. That quote he posted on Twitter about going halves in buying the Wests Tigers shows just how arrogant and untouchable he thinks he is.
With regard to his manager Sam Ayoub I hope one day he gets what is coming to him. They both knew what they were doing and they couldn't care less because with these people it's all about me me me and the money.
Robbie you may well love Wests Tigers but unfortunately you love yourself more than anyone.

Forget money, I would support the club 100% if they told him to pack his bags tomorrow. Farah only ever looks out for Farah. By the way, that's okay if you're being honest as we all do it. Loving the club and only wanting to ever play here is the means to an end for him.

I'm bitterly disappointed in him, I once idolised the bloke and all he has done in the last few years is undermine and then play it out in the media when the blowtorch is applied.

I desperately want Ballin to outshine him during his origin duties. JT will be looking for an excuse to put him on notice again.

I can't believe how many of you here have completely forgotten every incident where your employer treated you like shit after a decade of loyal service.

You are looking for a reason to justify your hatred of Farah. This article has nothing in it of any value.

You [This word has been automatically removed] about him not forgetting, but none of you focus on the fact that he said things betwene him and Taylor are better than they've ever been.

anyways, back to usual programming - [This word has been automatically removed] Farah, he's a cancer, we have only won 1 of 8 games this year with him (ignore the fact that the Tigers historically have performed better when he plays compared to when he doesn't). Ego, etc etc

Did I do it right?

Robbie you may well love Wests Tigers but unfortunately you love yourself more than anyone.

No club could have afforded him as they had already settled on their rosters for the rest of the year and for next season. The fact no club wanted him is because of the woeful timing that the club chose to move him on. If they had've let him talk to other clubs after 5 rounds, he most likely would've found a new club. You cannot use this as some sort of commentary on Farah, only on WT management.

Meanwhile, I fully believe he should've left at the end of 2014.

In saying that, trying to blame him for the losses this year when he played is stupid. You are essentially suggesting we are a one man team. Furthermore, it means that all wins must be credited to him as well. Both are silly arguments to make.

There are many reasons why lost those games, Farah may have been one reason, but he isn't all of them. It's not Farah's fault that Naiqama had constantly run up out of the defensive line, makes no tackle nor shuts down any play, creates a massive hole that opposition sides score several tries through.

It's not Farah's fault if players like Sironen don't try and push past the advantage line, or if players drop the ball, take bad last tackle options, make crap kicks, miss tackles etc etc etc.

So grow up and try a bit of rationale for a change.

As I said, I agree that he should've left a while ago, I'm no fan boy of his. But I will defend him against arguments that fail to use any common sense or logic.

I understand a lot of you hate him despite having any justification for it, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. But at least try and be sensible about it.

If you start using success records to justify your hatred of Farah, it's flimsy and can be used against you.

For example, If we have won 4 of 5 games without Farah this year, but similarly, we have won 2 of 3 games without Tedesco.

Furthermore, we lost a game when Farah didn't play. Whose fault is that? And we have won a game when Farah played. Why didn't we lose that game if Farah is causing us to fail? As I said, such a simplistic and petulant argument has massive holes all through it.
