Farah/Taylor Thread...

If JT puts an unrealistic proposal to the Board he should wear the consequences when it went south!

Ok so the team had a problem as he saw it: Farah.

What would your realistic proposal have been to resolve it?

I just don't understand how you else you expected them to go about it…

He didn't go to the media. The media went to him.

I understand the view, i just think too much is being read into it.

I am sure that the media go to a lot of people, some of them even provide a quote. Robbie is good for a full page spread most times he is approached.

I can't believe how many of you here have completely forgotten every incident where your employer treated you like s*** after a decade of loyal service.

You are looking for a reason to justify your hatred of Farah. This article has nothing in it of any value.

You [automatically edited] about him not forgetting, but none of you focus on the fact that he said things betwene him and Taylor are better than they've ever been.

anyways, back to usual programming - [automatically edited] Farah, he's a cancer, we have only won 1 of 8 games this year with him (ignore the fact that the Tigers historically have performed better when he plays compared to when he doesn't). Ego, etc etc

Did I do it right?

I don't like the guy but I can see your point. The thing that gets me is that guys don't even judge him on his performances now.

He is unlikable. He lacks class as a person. He is still a very good player.

No he is not. 18 months go yes, but he has had one good game in 18 months - the one last year at Campbelltown in response to JT saying he wanted to release him. One good game in 18 months doesn't make you a good player.

Other than he had been okay or woeful. My 6 year old daughter can pass better than some of Robbie's passes from dummy half over the past 12 months.

Its no surprise that Brooks form has improved markedly with Farah being out. Thats what happens when service to a half back improves.

1\. Pay Farah out in full and be done with it. Good PR for the club and JT gets the team he wants.
2\. Ballin is heavily subsidised and can walk on water if you believe some members.

For all those who wanted Farah gone, I don't understand what the issue is?

The issue is as that article reads Paws

He undermines the club and Taylor at every given moment

He is doing it because the storyline he wants isn't eventuating quick enough

Now he is scared that Ballin will outshine him and he will have no foot to stand on

If Farah just let the football do the talking I would defend him to the hilt as well , he has been an absolute warrior for this club through thick and thin

But he doesn't and that's where he loses most of us , footballers play football , simple

Like others I was in Farahs corner from day one when Farahgate first erupted. I just think the club handled the whole thing badly, I am not saying I was against moving Farah on but basically Farah had a contract and the choice was his. Anyway he is starting to loose my support when he continues to air his dirty washing at every opportunity he gets. Pascoe took this matter out of the public realm and that is where it should stay.

As I said a few pages ago, save all that stuff for your book but in the meantime button your mouth up, or as my mother always said…"if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"

I wonder what some of our fans would make of Cam Smith???

The complete the opposite of Farah right?

Signing 2 contracts (But we should feel sorry for the players)

Demanding an on air apology from Channel 9 (just get over it Cameron)

Just a thought.

Wonderful player.

His behaviour re Channel 9 was stupid and embarrassing. Whingeing about a news segment casting you in a bad light when a kid can't walk.

My point is because its Cam Smith people choose to ignore it.

Its the height of selfishness really.

Probably worse then Farah.

A bloke that doesn't play for the tigers gets an apology from a tv show that i havnt watched for ten years. Why would i care?
Why would you be surprised by that?

My point is people see Smith (an angle) as the opposite to Farah (the devil) when there behaviour traits are similar.

So we'll make a list of players that are bigger knobs than Farah. That might make you feel better but we'll still be stuck with him.

Fairly short list too.
