See you later good riddance !

And you should join him and exit too. It would immediately lift the class and quality of WT fans.

Class RF gives new meaning to he word class could not be bothered for his 900k to earn it ..in paper this morning which highly paid player parties all night on game night then complains of a virus and does not play THIS IS WHAT I REMEBER OF THE GREAT LEGEND THAT BLEEDS FOR THE CLUB just another player that this club has had IMO a real class act would of played to the end but let's not let this get in the way

Might I suggest you crawl back under your rock with the other snakes.

Love him or hate him, it's sad that it come to this. Just like Benji, you probably won''t ever get used to seeing him in another clubs Jersey. He'll always be a Tiger.

It is sad but he only has himself to blame.
He dug the hole through the media and divided the fans. This was his choosing.

I think managment deserves HUGE credit. No announcement from Farah or his manager. So the club has taken the initiative to ensure Farah gets a deserved farewell.

They could have very easily done nothing and when Farah/Manager announce their intentions, say "ah well, too late now".

They have done the right thing in relation to this farewell. All those bagging the club, just remember that.

Aaah … the real reality.
The 'real' reality is Farah has done more for WestsTigers than you or I, or anyone for this forum, ever will.
He is one of only a few players we have produced to be deserving of being called a club legend.
Having given his sweat and blood for the place he deserves to be farewelled properly from the place he still loves.
Adjust your television and go back to your own reality now.

I've been a critic of Robbies for the longest time but I'm glad how this has all panned out.
He will get a send off and deserved for his service to the club but this move is long overdue. He hasn't really cared about club since being the NSW hooker. He was ok with mediocrity as long as he was the top dog and unchallenged.

Good luck Robbie and goodbye.

Are you sure he was okay with mediocrity? The team would fall apart during SOO, that was all I would remember of the seasons watching from a distance. As well due to injuries and losing or sacking top players we nose-dived. We can't blame RF for that. We know well that he made the mediocre player walk on eggshells for a few days afterwards - so it seems he was not happy at all with the situation. Some sooks had a whinge about been told off - they much prefer a capt whose team loses disasterly and just grins it off.

But I still wish them good luck and barrack for them much too loudly at the Club.

Why would Farah and Ayoub need to announce anything. Can you imagine the uproar if this was released by ayoub or farah before rhe tigers official statement. With the multiple quotes by Farah in the tigers statement what more did he need to say. So did you want ayoub and farah to organise the farewell. What a joke.

On the Footy Show, they suggested that there was a non-disclosure clause in his release. I would suggest Robbie didn't write that statement himself.

Not that I care. I just hope that everyone can play nice for a gracious farewell.

He had to be ok with it. From 2011 he has just coasted along happy to have his blue jersey.
He rarely did media about his personal performance or form like Benji and others. He was always in the media for the wrong reasons and rarely positive if it wasn't about himself. He was there for the credits but not the faults.
Typical narcissistic trait which is rife within the social media generation.

Finally the saga is over. Whilst I am resolute in my support of Farah, the only possible solution has happened. Now lets get the boys to the finals, improve in 2017 and get a good coach for 2018

I think the point that i was trying to make is that it is not 100% iron clad done deal that he is going, although we all pretty well know its Souths.

Despite this, the club has still put on the farewell. You know as well as me that these things can fall over, and this ####fiight is more likely than most, but the club has done the right thing anyway.

As i say, they could easily have done nothing.

My last word on this debacle. I hope all the JT fans and RF haters realise that if we had won the game against Gold Coast, we would be in the finals? Not that we would go anywhere, and it does increase the chances of JT going next year. For my money Farah is always worth points, and I believe we would of won this game if Farah had been playing. Moses and Brooks sometimes try to hard, and having Farah on the field gives us direction.
I honestly don't get the vitriol against RF, he has always busted a gut in the Tigers jersey, the respect from the crowd today shows you what the vast majority of Tiger fans think about Farah. What if JT had walked out? A vast jeering from the crowd I think.
How much of Farah's salary will we have to pay, for him to play against us? I have never seen such folly in watching the Tigers for almost 50 years. I am so angry at the disrespect shown to RF and the fans. I don't pretend to know what has happened behind the scenes, but a good coach should play his best team, and not let personality disputes dictate on who should be in the team.
JT will never be a good coach, a semi-final berth at stake and look at the rubbish produced today. We would of been far better off in letting RF play and complete his last year, and paying JT's wages out for next year. Who will be playing hooker next year if Liddle gets injured? We have lost RF, Halatau and Cherrington in one hit. Oh, that's right we don't need a hooker. And of course Rein is available for $600k.
Thanks Robbie for what you have given the club, you and Benny have been the best hookers who have played for the Tigers in the past 50 years. very sorry to see you go.

We lost 60-6 against the same mob with Robbie playing.

Don't get why some supporters somehow believe that if Robbie played today we would have won…....especially given the fact we lost more this year with him playing than won with him playing......and how did we go last year with him playing?

Besides the fact, he's injured and hasn't played in a couple of weeks in the lower grades.

Don't know if i necessarily agree with the post but zowieben was referencing the titans game as one robbie would have helped us win. We played the raiders today.

How classy was Robbie. He handled that situation well. That is how I'd like to remember him.

He was basically having problems holding it together because of how much he loves our club.

It was a total miss match today, half the side have had a virus for weeks and we were playing the form side of the comp. I really can't see how anyone could point the bone at Taylor for today's defeat. I think today showed we are seriously short of power and size right across the park
