What does he consistently do for us?

Is he worth the money?

Does he hinder the development of our young cubs?

He looks in a rut. Doesn't look like he has much faith in the coach or his fellow players. Hence he plays like a frustrated figure. He needs to lift however you could say that for many of them.

He is our best player, he spent most of this week in hospital and a sick bed. You are idiots

Okay. Yes he is our best player. Its just that consistently he doesn't play well. Top story bro.

he has an alright work rate which is why people rate him. but like benji, people still judge him on past form.

these days, he isn't worth the money we are paying him. we'd be better off with a nathan friend from the warriors for half the price who actually does more work and sticks to his role as a hooker. even a matt srama from the gold coast who is playing 2nd grade up the gold coast.

He looked extremely slow in normal play.

When there is a line or tackle break- he is very urgent but in normal PTB he looms disinterested and slow. That's the reason our forwards are always on the backfoot.

His kicking will improve. I'm not too fussed about that. The coach will take care of that.

Farah is our captain and sometimes overplays his role in the team. It's because we are losing and what we are doing is not working.

I fear that if we don't improve Farah may also lose his SOO spot. Gidley now as the Knights #1 hooker has cause for concern.

The team needs to start performing. Very soon.

Watching him play today, and if he continues this way next few rounds, there is no chance he will be playing SOO. Not even third choice hooker.

1\. Penalties a disgrace. Gave 3 away in the same set of play, leading to SG to score. As captain, he has no discipline

2\. His kicks are woeful. On the attack, watching him kick straight in goal to a player.

3\. Selfish plays near the try line - today paid off with a lucky try. But all the teams knows he would be doing that and it wont work as many times as he thinks it will

4\. Always trying to milk a penalty by running into an opposing player returning to the 10\. He makes 5 metres, if that.

5\. That last try to SG…...Farah was running away from the ballrunner?????

Its a pain to watch him play offence. Defensively, he is a great tackler. But as captain, I don't rate him and it seems the players dont either.

I've thought this for a while now. I feel he is trying to be to In control of the team and it hinders the others.

As much as he is the best player in the team he may not be suited to our crop of players coming through. Or he needs to loose the captaincy. Our halves need to be in 100% control with no hinderence or feeling pressured.

But. It's round 1.

Jeez you guys are harsh on 1 of two of our origin players…

Most look bad in a bad team. Sbw looked poor for the chooks as did Johnson for the warriors

Add in the fact he had been sick for most if the week, it's no surprise he wasn't amazing. His D was still alright I think. Haven't seen stats though

If we belt St George today Farah gets a free pass or a praise from us.
The team fails and we look at players we can stick daggers in..

Us so called supporters do this after every loss.
Come on guys, things will and should improve.
We all know he is a better player and sets trys for us
Today he like many had a rubbish game, we cant start calling for his head for that.

He played with needles when he had a crook back
His courage saw him get promoted to be the captain.
Why do we suffer from memory loss of the good times after a bad loss ?

Farah is as over rated as Anasta. He is unfit and way out of form, The way he played out there, he is not in the current top 10 of hookers. He is not even closed to Benny Elias or Cameron Smith. He has lots of room to improve. No leadership quality is shown at all today. He has been playing more bad games then good in his last 10 games, a good captain only has a bad game once in a while. He makes a lousy captain currently.

Has to learn to be a team player but I doubt that will happen now! Brooks has no chance with Farrah calling the shots .
Same old same old wrong decisions ,bad kicking and this is making him look pretty average!

I think I'm prepared to give Robbie a few more weeks, but I can see where the critic is coming from.

I like Robbie when he plays Dummy Half… I cant stand Robbie when he try's to play 9/6/7 as it is not his go and it takes away from others who have jobs to do.

I think it was the Sharks game last year when I lost a lot of respect for him. I don't care about the Benji rubbish, the decisions he made that day where terrible and identified how much influence he has over the whole team/management.

As I said at the start, I'll give him more time as on paper, he is by far our best player.

Fire Up Robbie... Sometimes Less is More!!!

No doubt Robbie is a champion. But… a lot of fans do live in the past and that is a dangerous thing to do.

I agree that his consistency is long gone, and his decision to start dominating everything has not worked for some time - not for him, not for the young halves he has had alongside him and not for the coaching staff. his poor choices in attack out number his brilliance these days.

I have never thought he was a great captain either, but I guess that I just prefer a different style of leader. And it was part of his deal with WT so that won't change too soon.

I am not a Robbie basher and I have plenty of respect for the guy so being critical is not easy, but he should not be above criticism when deserved.

I am a Farah fan but I would love for him to give quick play the balls from dummy half and trust in Brooks and Austin (I hope he gets promoted).

He is an inspirational player but I don't know if he is captain material.

We really need out experienced players like Farah, Anasta, Galloway and Blair to stand up and lead from the front or step aside.

It was stated somewhere here that Farah admitted as much at the post match presser. Does anyone know what he said exactly as I can't find it anywhere.
