Farah

People are hard to please.

For years I have heard people complain that he over plays his hand, we want to see him playing more like Smith…

No he is doing exactly that, getting our forwards on the front foot and making the occasional big play and now he is not doing enough.

I think he is playing pretty well. He was terrific in the last 15 getting us home against the Titans.

I still think his defensive workload is killing him , we need to cut at least 10 tackles off his tackle count every week in my opinion

Robbie gets lynched if he makes one mistake.

Where as the halves can make 5 or 6 and no one cares.

He is an attacking weapon i want him running the ball a bit more.

Just stay out of the halves.

Well the fact remains that as our captain and dummy-half with loads of experience, we still failed to close out a game that simply needed good execution to get away a decent field goal shot, and it didn't happen.

Although Galloway and Buchanan both needed a rocket for not just hitting the line and getting a quick play the ball while we were set for that field goal shot, rather than pass it to no one before the line or flop the ball out the back.

How that happened in not one but two sets is beyond me!

Even experienced players have to find their feet under new structures. I think his involvement in attack has been toned down now that there's an earmarked halves pairing that we will look to go to for the next decade.

He hasn't set the world on fire this year, but he has a few mates at this point.

Couple of weeks ago, I made a thread about how robbie seems to have adapted his game to suit the needs of the team/times.

We've seen him be everything- a distributor, defensive machine, main kicker, attacking genius and a good leader.

I just feel like he still can't pick his moments- he still struggles to get that balance right of what to do when. He has all the skills (moreso than any hooker) but can't seem to put them to good use.

That's where smith is better than him. He just knows what to do when. Tbh, I doubt smith has half the attacking game of farah, but he has far more a bigger impact on the game than most other hookers.

Hope farah can find this balance. Pick the right moments to attack, know when the early pass is on and when the one out plays are better.

He is our number one playmaker and i dont like him just distributing!!

Sorry for to many years Farah has been the all for the team..it is time and looks like the Tigers are finally starting to gel as a TEAM not a one man band . Farah should of called the shots last week to close out the game there were plenty of chances to have done this .. this part of his leadership really lets him down.

JT has to find a way of doing exactly what you have said ..there is no reason he should be making 50 odd tackles a game , his energy could be put to better uses IMO..
