Farah

Was at the game yesterday(yes I ended up going)…Farah's service from dummy half was appalling, most passes were behind his man which slowed down the momentum as the catcher had to pause to catch his passes.

Farah's attitude and game since Origin deteriorated significantly. His game and attitude saw 2 extremes this year - first half he was in career best form; seconf half of the year he displayed career worst form....

He is on $900k p.a. and needs to show much more maturity and professionalism in 2015 for my money...I'd question if he is the best choice to be our club captain...he has hardly been inspiring this second half of the year

Yep. He has the worst service from dummy half of any starting hooker in the NRL.

He is still has other strengths but they havent been seen in the second half of the year.

Farah stated earlier in the week that 5pm Saturday evening can't come quick enough .. WTF ?
This from our captain and leader . I am extremely disappointed ( bordering on angry) in the way he's handled himself in the second half of the season .
I hope he pulls his head out from you know where at the start of next season ?

He'll be fine for the start of next season, afterall, an origin series will be on the horizon. After that? Who knows. I'd happy to see Canberra take him away from us.

There is no doubt he has been appalling the 2nd half of the year no doubt whatsoever but i think he is referring to that he is glad that the year is over , this has been the worst year as a supporter on and of the field

My worry is that it looked like others didn't really want to play with him. That's just an assumption and a big one at that. However, a few times I felt guys around him weren't interested in him

We made 1900m + yesterday. Most of it through the forwards. His passing can't have been that bad.

Did anyone notice the rain? Anyone ever tried to give good service from dummy half in the rain?

I think many on here are in more of a need of a holiday from football than Farah (and he desperately needs one)

I think you are reading a bit to much into it Sirro…understandable the way the season finished...

It's been a long year for Farah at least he can have a good long rest now

Have you watched us play without Farah?

Seriously, the guy made some mistakes. He isn't perfect. He doesn't claim to be perfect either. Give him a break.

That's an interesting observation 'King Sirro'. I've recently noticed similar behaviour a couple of times on TV in dressing room shots, like he is aloof or something. Couldn't put my finger on it though.

I think your right mate with your observations .
Look when we score a try , Farah is no where to be seen in the immediate celebration .

Mmm not sure about that - check the pictures on the website - he's in several post try shots
Plus he was motoring after Austin down the middle of the park after the intercept - he was trying to put in

Look I'm not a Farah apologist and he could/should have handled things differently in the last 8 weeks or so but considering his efforts for the club over 11 or so years and he showed earlier this year he is still up there when in form, I think he deserves to be cut some slack, clean out the cobwebs mentally in the off season and hopefully we can all start fresh in 2015

Always next year - the motto of a true Tigers, Maggie, WT supporter!

Rubbish– people keep pointing to his high tackle counts lately thats all hes got.
Defense around the ruck is automatic, it takes no thought, its takes no scheming...its all auto....its instinct, its a nice stat thats all
Instinct isnt effort, he is a spine member, all out attack rolls off him and its clear he's been thinking about tomorrow for some time now

poetry in motion

People have no loyalty here whatsoever , people adored him when he brushed of Titans to sign with us many years ago , then they adored him at the beginning of last year when he brushed of supposedly Parra and signed with us again . Yeah he has been terrible this year but they all have except AUSTIN!!!
Farah is the Heart and Soul of this place and people shouldn't judge him for the crap that happened with the Potter coaching thing cause no one here knows the facts .
Just cut the guy some slack he might not be worth what he is getting paid agreed but i'm sure in the past 11 years he has been here he has taken pay cuts to remain with us .
Some people have short memories.

You're right there , Very short memories take him out of a lot of games in the last two years and they may see how much the team relies on him.
Maybe he'sick of carrying the number of dead heads that he has had to carry every game here . One of our few reliable players

15th last year and 13th this year. Thats with him in the side, can we do much worse if he leaves. I think his onfield actions dont compensate his off field actions anymore.

With Robbie we won 8 games , in the 6 we played without him we won one game - so on the field he still makes a massive difference

People saying other players in the team don't want to play with him is a joke. I live in concord and have seen him after training at local pubs and cafes having a feed with lawerence, tapau, sirro, galloway, fulton, akauola, brooksy, moses and the entire team over the last few weeks. He might be badly struggling on the field as is the whole team, but i haven't seen a closer wests tigers team since 2005\. It's a shame not all our employees could show the same level of commaraderie.
