Giving Robbie a rest after halftime every match just for the sake of it seems like a waste of an interchange to me, surely it would be more beneficial being used on the props. Robbie doesn't need a rest during a game.

I actually think there is more to Robbie's benching than simply giving him a rest. I reckon it's to let Brooks and Moses play free reign for a while, without Farah's presence and influence, to throw them in the deep end and see how they handle it alone for a period each game. Remember Robbie won't be around come Origin time and the team needs to prepare for that now. Just a thought.

To be honest I'm not really concerned about Taylors reasons, I'm just happy Farah is 'buying'into it.

the game has 2 too many interchanges anyway, they are usually reserved for injuries and whatnot.

theyll probably reduce it to 8 sometime in the future. this will have longterm benefits for the team.

he'll probably play the 80 this week, unless we're thrashing them (pretty likely :wink: )

I dare say we will not see him benched this week. It's fine against the cellar dwellers, but against the best teams in the comp he needs to be out there for 80.

You're welcome Inny. Just what is this 'hole'? Saying that who knows which players are available for which rep teams? If you are full bottle on the availability criteria for Origin, international footy etc you should explain it…a lot of people are still scratching their heads.
