Name a better Australian movie.
I'll wait.....

My childhood best mate is in that movie.

Which one?

Top movie man.
Haven't many decent aussie movies ever but this one has always delivered.

There's a few good ones (subject to opinion of course.)

Name them?

Keen to know what else.

I'm waiting for one to be free on foxtel
Called The Dry, starring Eric Bana.

The Dish
Risk
The Bank
The Castle (obviously)
Dirty Deeds
Gettin' Square
Gallipoli
Chopper

Agree to disagree, lol

Watched the castle at school...
Obvs an Aussie classic though.

I'm going to re watch chopper soon but can only find the underbelly TV movie around.

I still think Two Hands trumps all of them, yet to have ever seen a better one.

I like Aussie comedies, I think Australians have a very unique sense of humour that needs to be shown in film.

What's a funny Australian movie?
I saw an old one called Idiot Box that made me laugh but yeah, I couldn't Name 5 good Australian movies sadly.

I will watch most quirky Aussie comedies, "The Castle" is amazing, but even things like "The Nugget", "Kenny" and "Bad Eggs", among others, are uniquely Australian stories. I watched "Garage Days" for the 1st time the other day and it was good.

Thats him, he was also in Vertical Limits, a Hollywood big budget movie. He is a great bloke, a good old friend. He always plays tough bad guys which is hilarious to me because he is actually a softy.

Yeah with Chris O'Donnell and Bill Paxton, is he the guy that plays Ben Mendelsons' Aussie stoner mate in that?

That he was. Had forgotten about that performance and the event itself is one of the few memorable from my early school years.
