How soft were the questions to Robbo at the after match press conference…. Serious question, do the roosters 🐔 dictate what journos can attend. Was only Lara and Ready asking soft questions. How about asking the stuff up playing Radley who was clearly playing injured and limited game time; hoe about asking with your roster you failed again- is it time to move on; how about asking how pathetic your record is against the storm and panthers; how about asking Robbo his claim that no team can go with us. What a pathetic love fest that conference was .. protected species.

Robbo does seem to get plenty of liberty with everyone given the resources he has at hand - there never seems to be any question about his tenure at the club like other coaches cop.
Even last year it amused me how excuses were made for their performance due to their injury toll when they still fielded a team of 5 or 6 elite players instead of the usual 8- 9.

I hope so. Their record against Penrith and Storm is abysmal, which is interesting as they seem to have an equal amount of market value talent in each team. Yet the Roosters continually beat up the poor old Tigers. Was it Rothfields who suggested there was something like a 3 million dollars gap between our top 17 and the Roosters as far as market value goes?
Yep - Bagman, and then coming to us and demanding high expectations from every player on and off the field.
Unfortunately they don't see it that way though... they still count them.
Does that 60 include those during the 2 years they had the premierships taken off them and the extra year of one of the minor premierships torn up?
PS We just missed the top 8 in two out of the 3 years they were caught rorting... shame we weren't doing the same.

Which is why they should have awarded them to the runners up retrospectively. You can’t have two premiers in the same year. Much better than just an asterisk.

I must be getting old. I thought the 10 mins was sufficient. In my opinion I did not think it was too bad. I don't think he led with the shoulder. No more than JWHs elbow last week.

Spencer was excellent in Origin, but overall I thought was only reasonable at Roosters this year (mind you we could still do with him)
