Finals wrapped, sealed and delivered??

Regardless of whether we lose our last 3 games (which we clearly won't), have we already secured our finals spot? I know Souths and Canterbury will come within 2 points of the eight and 4 points of us if they both win (which they should) but still have to overcome a huge deficits of -34 and -60 respectively.

A bit of a pointless thread, I know because their is no way we will be missing the eight but just to make sure because I've seen the Tigers do some extraordinary things! I.e. Back in 2007 when everybody tipped us to scrape in on the back of beating Newcastle at home around the time when they were being smacked every week, yet we lost and missed out! 😕

Rabits got a hard run

Cowboys >> Broncos >> Knights.

I think as the Thread title suggests its sealed.

I'm a little concerned about winning 12 matches in a row to win the premiership. We're on 5 wins, surely we will lose one of the last 3? I'd be honestly concerned if we didn't. When was the last time a team needed so many wins in a row to win the comp and actually succeeded? Even Melbourne in 2007 had a crappy loss in the last few rounds and they dominated that year.

Tigers have always been a side that relished momentum - so if there is any team in the comp that could win 12 games in a row without 'needing to have a loss' that would be the Tigers.

By the way, winning three or four games in a row is not unstoppable momentum in my book, but five wins in a row is certainly getting there…
