am suprised that none of the major banks have been approached / asked to sponsor wests-tigers.
the banks make massive profits and surely could sponsor a team.

And with Bugs Bank West you also have Westpac.

I know early in the piece that Tiger Airlines would have looked good, but gee they are getting hammered in the press for poor service, so hopefully they won't be an option ?

Westpac is St George. Dragons have that covered.

I was thinking that BWS Beer Wine and Spirits would be good cos it already has the colours and similiar name. But then it would look really bad if a rogue player went on a binge fueled night and knocked his gf out lol. But still i think they would be good cos theyd have a bit of money. Just fun mate.

But a financial institution would be what I would be targeting. Macarthur is an ever expanding area and with the WT product linked with a Financial institution, incentives can be created for WT members like special interest rates for home and personal loans. For example if a financial institution sponsored the Wests Tigers as the Main sponsor, and they could match my current home loan with my institution on a fixed rate, I would switch to them.
The financial institution would make alot of money. They could outlay say $1million a season (or whatever the going rate is)for being the main sponsor but a set program that offered incentives for members could see them make alot of money.

I would love to negotiate this type of deal because the world is your oyster and it is a win /win situation for both partners.
