In all honesty the plan now should not be to win matches. Burn me alive, I know.

It's all about going back to basics and training a bunch of football players to play as a team. Everything we a doing wrong is down to lack of experience and failing to perform the basics skills needed to play football.

It doesn't matter for the rest of the year if they win or lose. If they don't play as a team, nothing will ever change. Brace yourselves for a long trek back to some form of good football, which I'm sorry to say will take a number of years.
