Correct. Not enough urgency to start the second half, and not enough composure to finish it.

I know he's loved on this forum but I'm not convinced of Potters coaching from an attack point of view.

I can't remember the last time I saw a set play from us.

Couldn't complete a set, and when we finally did, we'd hand it straight back to them with a weak fifth tackle option. No pressure whatsoever. Our biggest problem.

Hmmm raises a good question as to who our best were. Simona and Lawrence were good but made a few clangers. Fulton made a few clangers. Woods was good but made a few clangers.

I'd give Sironen the 3 tonight.

He's one of them.

Hes one of about 15 mate. They were all rocks and diamonds. Simona and Teddy dropped the ball 3 times each, Rowdy similar. The forwards outplayed and a lot of players didnt mark up in defence.

Agree on that call, BMM was one of the few who straightened our attack in the second half and was a handful. More inclined to stick Anasta at 7\. Sirro is good but needs to be wider of the ruck in attack IMO.

Potter isn't the one out there throwing the ball to nobody, slipping over and opening up gaps and/or giving away stupid penalties and I can guarantee he doesn't tell them to do that either.

Our 5th tackle options have been our failing for a long time, no patience. It seemed to be a good night for grubbers, but we kept going to the air in the 2nd half.

Not really. I saw 16 that contributed more.

Overall I thought we were good but bad hands killed us in the end.

ERRORS ERRORS ERRORS. basic errors cost us that. SIXTEEN in a game is abysmal, drop balls everywhere. Tackling defence was actually good with only 11 missed tackles but gee positional defense needs work. Too many holes…

We fix those two up and that was very winnable, like a lot of games this year. Especially that Dragons one.

I reckon Buchanan was probably our best tonight. Woods and Blair were effective. BMM needs more gametime as he straightened our attack up in the second half. Simona and Lawrence looked dangerous but poor handling let them down at crucial times.
