Thanks for the time out.
Looking forward to being less reckless with the words and continue to be 1 of the heavy hitters out here in the endz.

Return of the king ?
Good stuff
Been benching heavy?

All about them gainz brah ?

Finally got over my hatred for almond milk so the protein shakes @willow style are back on the menu.

Optimum nutrition* all day.

*brand.

Gold standard lol
Raw eggs straight in your shake can’t even taste them ✌?

That's the one.
Good value.

I think the chocolate overpowers the almond taste so it works out well but I don't think flavours like strawberry and vanilla would do the same.

Chocolate is the Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon.

How the he’ll do you get milk from a nut ?

Weirdo hippy stuff imo ?

Lollllll.
I'll let that slide. Had some good responses.

I don't drink milk brah and have been struggling getting the shakes in with just water so tried alternatives. Soy is filthy but almond seems to be okay. Try it.

Almond milk is good if it's enriched. Low in calories and sugar.

Slowly working my way back to goal weight. Just a few kilos to go now. 1000 calorie diet again. Painful to start but back on the swing of things now.

Can u give me a run down of your daily meals ?
I need to work harder on my nutrition so some inspiration/ideas would help.

Appreciate ya bra.

Changing your diet is similar to quitting smoking. The first few days without sugar are rough as it gets. Your body adjusts though.

@Demps

I've just tagged on the back of the wife's regimen. She's only done this for a few months and she's back.down to a size 6. She uses the sweat app which has heaps of healthy dinners. Only eat red meat once a week tops. Eat plenty of chicken and vegetarian meals. I eat vegetables for lunch every day at work. Weekends if we are out I normally eat Subway (6 inch.)

The sweat app has mad meals. Got stuff like chickpea and cauliflower curry, quinoa chicken pilaf, korma chicken curry, sweet potato enchilada are just a few off the top of my head.

Snacks I make my own hommus to have with Sakata biscuits or carrots and celery. It's pretty involved to make (takes 50-60 minutes,) but the hommus is great.

Mon; double leg presses to slowly build strength in right knee area.
Wed : plank style push ups, jumping up onto a thick black foam square, small double leg jumps forward, half nordic stretches ( for upper thighs ) calf raises.

Get on the creatine bra.
Most researched and beneficial supplement ever.

Value for money, not overly expensive , lasts a while.... anyone can take it from 12 to 99.

Good for the joints, muscles, recovery, everything.

I'm no supplement guy but I highly rate this stuff to everyone who trains. It's amazing. Look into it.

Welcome back mate, better to get 10 in the bin than sent off!
Which creatine supplement brand do you recommend? Are they all much the same?

Week 3 post shoulder recon and bicep repair. Back on the stationary bike this week. Nothing outrageous, 30mins low intensity a day.

For the most part man...
If you get just regular creatine and not the sugary flavoured ones like cell tech.

I just get the optimum nutrition one.
Last about year or so.

Mix it with water- no taste.
Easy to drink.

Only supplement everyone agrees on.

100% worth it.

Mostly a waste of $$ unless we talking gear ??

Do some research tho.
This stuff is great for us all as we age and especially those that train.

I had good progress with it.
So full of sugar though.
The flavours were all delicious too.
Taste like hubba bubba chewing gum..

I'm trying stay away from sugars.
Regular creatine > cell tech.

I'm all about these 2 glamours:

Helps burn fat imo.

Tastes like Sprite sorta.

Not dirty like some of the other sugar free energy drinks.

I've been using whey protein for a while but honestly don't have a clue and when blokes in the shop start talking like scientists I'm just 😒

For the most part man...
If you get just regular creatine and not the sugary flavoured ones like cell tech.

I just get the optimum nutrition one.
Last about year or so.

Mix it with water- no taste.
Easy to drink.

Only supplement everyone agrees on.

Cell tech ? everyone was drinking that at one stage
Sweet as

Cell tech is mad.
I had good progress with it.
So full of sugar though.
The flavours were all delicious too.
Taste like hubba bubba chewing gum..

I'm trying stay away from sugars.
Regular creatine cell tech.

I'm all about these 2 glamours:

The red one was pretty good
What is the monster like?

It's great man.
Full of vitamins and no sugar or cals.
Helps burn fat imo.

Tastes like Sprite sorta.

Not dirty like some of the other sugar free energy drinks.

Mate if you're clean living you're not drinking that garbage.

What's the issue?
It's free of sugar and no calories.

I don't drink coffee and sometimes need a perk.

It's the stuff in it that raises your blood pressure and causes your heart to go into atrial or ventricular fibrillation that I'm talking about, not the sugar or calories.

Caffeine? Lol....

I don't have em every day but this one helps with burning fat and has ginseng in it which is good for our testosterone and erections.
