This happens with most teams when extra man is created… It's not unique to us as some seem to think

I watched closely each time he could have stayed on his line as naqiama and mahe tackled the same player.

The problems are created early in a set , the defence gets stuck on the back foot , opposition gets a roll on and the defence compresses

Inks right , when you can see an extra man is created most NRL teams are thinking or should score a try , your only hope is to scare off the ball player with fears of an intercept or try and turn them back inside or hit the centre as he gets the pass if they go through the hands

When two defending players actually tackle the one attacking player there no excuse for it im affraid.

Takes time to build combinations between centres and wingers , that's my best answer to that

The problem a lot of the time is getting your timing right of when to actually go

Even the best coached players get caught out , JAC , Vunivalu

I was indifferent as to his value to the team last week, having not known that MWZ had apparently recovered from injury to be eighteenth man, with Mahe thereby obviously getting a call up for form rather than injury.

Another week on and I am not impressed enough for him to keep MWZ out of the side. If he is selected against the cows and again not a barnstormer with the ball in hand, then back to reserves he goes.

For those calling for Nofa to be dropped, I would target Fonua first.

He is strong with the ball, but has no energy elsewhere. The number of times I saw him walking up in defence, or dropping back too far on later tackles was unbelievable. He seems to be trying to conserve energy, but it leaves the defence ragged and options for the attacking team.

A couple of his dropped balls looked like a complete lack of effort because he had already given the game away.

I am not sold on him. A beast with the ball in his hands, a liability the rest of the time.

I doubt anyone else in our team could have scored the TRY he did..
