Ingredients:
Bread
Margerine
Garlic-infused olive oil (Cobram Estate does it, it's at Woolies/Coles, I'm sure other brands do it too)

Grill one side, then take it out spread margerine and drizzle the garlic olive oil on the other side, then grill that side.

It has blown my mind, it is like an extra special top secret cheap version of garlic bread, I'm eating it by the wheelbarrow load every day now. I'm thinking of putting a trademark on it.

Nice. I do the same using fresh Turkish bread, grilled on the sides. For a dip I mix garlic, sour cream and a bit of lemon juice.
Best way to put on 10kg
