How long does Barton sit out for? I'll be shocked if he plays again this year. Absolutely disgraceful stuff, but I guess it added to the drama of the day.

Was a disgrace… You'd think he'd have the common decency to break one of Aguero's legs prior to walking off...

But then United win the league.

Was what I was getting at MM.

King Kenny gone from liverpool.
Fabio Cappello hopefully will take over or wouldn't mind Rafa returning

On a side note Forza Juventus!!! won the season undefeated & going for the cup double on sunday :master: :righton:

Would take Rafa back as long as he leaves his rotation policy out of his plans. That policy killed me. I also wouldnt mind Jürgen Klopp. He won two Bundesliga titles with Borussia Dortman and was German manager of the year last year. I'd love for Jose Mourinho to get the job as well but is highly unlikely. Outside of that, the rest are nuffies and I'll be one angry Reds fan if they give the job to anyone else.

Klopp would be good as he's done an awesome job with Dortmund with half the budget of Bayern.
Its looking like Villa Boas is favourite .I dont mind him but seems to play with no structure in defense

Wow, didn't realize there were a few Reds fans here…Awesome!
(Between the Tiges and Liverpool it has been tough going for us fans since 2005......)
I think it is likely to be Martinez as Manager but Kenny has to be around the club somewhere...
Would love Mourinho, Hiddink or Guardiola - but they are just dreams.....

Bad news when you can't score goals.

I can't stand Liverpool, but it is sad to see them turn on Dalglish so quickly. He's given so much of himself as a player and manager to that club and to not give him another season to attempt to turn it around is pretty harsh. The year wasn't a complete failure either, they won the Carling Cup and got to the FA Cup final.

I guess that's the risk you take when you employ favourite sons to try to turn the fortunes though.

Klopp would be a good choice. No chance though.

Whether or not he wants to take on the train-wreck that is Liverpool, I don't know.

also Liverpool are in a vastly different situation than Dortmund when Klopp took over.

Liverpool have players bought at extremely high prices with massive expectations on them who haven't performed. Dortmund had good players who Klopp took to the next level, and he got them playing how he wanted them to play.

I think Dortmund also had the lowest average age of any BL team when he took over (something like 23). (Except for Wiedenfeller who is 32 I think). He pretty much shipped out the older players, and shipped in youngsters. Whether he'll have that freedom at Liverpool I don't know

And he's just signed Marco Reus to Dortmund as well, and Reus is something very very special.

Also

CL Final is this weekend. I trust Bayern to do a job on Chelsea and bring "Big Ears" To the Allianz!

The last spot in next years EPL will be decided tonight when West Ham United take on Blackpool at Wembley

Hopefully our home and away games are a look at what will happen tonight West Ham won 8-1 home and away

C'mon you Irons stick it to the Tangerines

Back to our rightful home in the EPL and with the Olympic Stadium as our home ground (hopefully) in the future

But it will be sad to leave Upton Park 😢

They are really hopeful of pinching Tevez back and with Vaz Te and Cole upfront they will be fairly formidable up front

Green as GK , Guy Demel , at the back and not sure what the deal with Parker is whether he returns to the Hammers now they are back in top flight

Obviously we won't win the League but a top 10 finish would set them up for hopefully a top 6 finish in 2013/14

They were absolutely cruelled by injuries in 2010/2011 If memory serves we used 6 more players than the next worst injury hit side

Time and signings will tell

Are they getting the Olympic stadium or what is happening there?

Basically down to us and Tottenham , but the problems many of the fans are reluctant to move from Upton\Boleyn

Bit like Leichardt I guess

Upton's capacity is around 35000

Hammers sold all of their Wembley tickets with a week to spare of 45000 tickets

Personally makes sense to go to The Olympic stadium but with this season being the 100th they have played at Upton Park I guess a lot of sentimentality is overtaking a fair few

What a dross affair that was. Deadset… Bayern shot themselves in the foot with the amount of chances they blew.

Worst Champions League final I've seen.

What sort of shape is Upton Park in? And their training facility?
I only ask to get a gauge on how much of their bonus for promotion will be spent on facilities and how much on recruiting top flight players.

One of the stands has been recently "Doc Martin Stand " (Yes after the boots  ) about 8-9 years ago at a guess

Signings wise Probably need a left back (Winston Reid the Kiwi ok but not world class ) If they get Tevez and Parker back Probably just need some midfielders and some handy back up in other positions Green in my opinion is one of the most under rated GK in the EPL

Remember the bulk of this squad in 2010 demolished Man U 4-0 before the injuries struck and they lead over half their games at half time only to get run down time and time again in EPL in 2010-2011
