No matter how much you might hate Manly, geez these young blokes are good! First year playing together and Cherry-Evans in his first ever NRL season, yet they look so composed, like seasoned pros - amazing! Interestingly, the only time all year I didn't see them composed was against WT when we beat them 14-12.

Amazing players, Demps we compliment each other here, I reckon DCE is prob my favourite Non-Tiger.
They both seem like great young fellas as well.
There was a thread on here a few weeks ago saying that DCE wasn't much chop cause he had a bad second half against us….ridiculous IMO

Foran has the same enthusiasm of a young Jonathon Thurston and seems to have a mental toughness of a backrower…
Cherry-Evans reminds me alot of Alan Langer with his jinks, dummys and his desire to take the line on. However, he is in his first year and I'm sure not many coaches have really disected his game yet to formulate a structured devensive plan. Looks very likey to have a long career.

Rose is a clown I saw him have a go at DCE earlier this year also. If daly was in our side next year I would put my house on us winning the comp

I think Foran is the better of the two and to be honest, I don't rate Evans very highly at all. He is just playing in a very well coached team.
On the few occasions that Manly has been taken apart this season, Evans goes missing and does not provide direction.

Saying he goes missing is so far from accurate I cant believe it.
Putting it all down to a well coached team I find amusing, he must have been lucky in that regards, cause everywhere he has played so far he has dominated in well organised sides.
If you can listen to his instructions when he plays, you might notice that HE IS the reason they are so organised. He is an incredible instructor for a young player. At the start of the set he calls the set organisation, he tells his hooker what channel he needs the ball in on the plays where he thinks it matters, usally the 4th and last, on the attack maybe more. He lines up the receivers and decoy runners on a number of plays if required. He runs the show like very few in the league.
When he was in NYC I reckon he was the best organiser i had ever seen for a player of that age, I think he is just confirming this
Im also wondering how the coaching has helped him lead tackle breaks for all halves in the competition.
The kid is very talented, to say otherwise is pure folly.
