Might mix it up a bit…

Best back: Blake Austin
Best forward: Martin Taupau
Rookie: Luke Brooks

Best player: Blake Austin
 
Austin for me. His enthusiasm, determination and attitude were second to none this season. I bet Penrith wish they still had him in their ranks after the injury to Wallace.

Woods and farah were excellent at the start of the year as well

Brooks, Moses and noffa had pretty good years for rookies but didn't live up to the high expectations that we had of them.

Simona really underperformed this year- whether it be through injuries or lack of motivation.

Richards' kicking helped us win at least 2 extra games.

Blair and bodene were excellent in the backrow and I'd actually have Blair as my player of the year partly because he played every game this year and a lot of minutes as well.

Individually our outside backs let us down this year tbh. The rookies showed glimpses of immense talent but lacked consistency as expected. But as I said before, most players seemed to put in a lot of effort esp in the first half or 3/4 of the season. I think individually we did very good but we struggled as a team for one reason or another.

If it wasn't for potter/farah/Tallis crap we'd be playing finals footy regardless of injuries IMO.

In a close call between Woods and Austin, I reckon I'll go with Woods, just. His taking the Pack forward earlier in the season was inspirational. Austin has been inspirational more recently. Woods.
