if Latu spends plenty of time in Reggie's then we deserve perth calling him up and taking him for 2028.
Play him in the halves this year or we will lose him

I doubt he will play a minute of first grade this season

Probably not right spot but does anyone know how Herbert is going to, could he be a Smokey for the start of our season , May and Hurbert in centres as Toa for me is very hot and cold , or Hurbert on the bench

Herbert played about 50 mins in the Cup trial yesterday. 1st half at left centre without many opportunities, was solid in what he did. Switched to left wing to start the 2nd half & made some strong carries.

I don't think i can recall seeing Pole pass the ball. I'm sure he has, however not really a skill he has exhibited regularly. For me a 13 has to have a swift, accurate pass on both sides that's almost bullet proof under pressure at the line. If we don't want that, than yes, pole, sione, terell could do the job, they all have footwork at the line, although Terell seems to go in slow motion through contact.

Like i said - at any other club.

Seems forgotten here often Pole went straight from SG ball into the worst team in the comp for his first 3 years of grade.

And now he’s probably well ahead of himself as far as mindset.

Seems to me we've all but claimed another one.

I think your concerns are a little ill spent.
Has the kid even played 4 Full games in a row in any grade in the last 3 years?

He's in his 3rd year here, If it's anything like the last couple and the 1 before he got here,
Put our eggs in another basket.

Whereas I doubt that Benji is silly enough to not name Latu in the NRL team list for pretty well every match for which he is available. Even to spend time in the forward pack.

Latu clearly a talent with a dreadful run of injuries.just like Blore and many others
We need to encourage him with a future...but at some stage this year hopefully he has to deliver what we know hes capable of

He’s barely played any footy because of unlucky injuries. No rush, just gotta trust benji’s plan with him

Fair enough, though they already have and I see a weak defensive read weave in the Doueihi at halves basket. So loose that way too many eggs likely leak on his edge, even if alongside KPP who I expect to vastly improve our right.

It must also be remembered that Adam has only been available for about half of our matches over his six seasons at WT, but hopefully both him and Latu can change that to play the vast majority in these coming ones.
