Geez i hope we are seriously making a strong play for Brenton Lawrence, he would be a great signing for 2 years. Speed, power, aggressiveness and a strong work ethic would fit our MO for forwards perfectly. By the time his 2 year stint is over players like Morgan Boyle etc would have already shown whether they are 1st grade material or not. Then we can look at signing Boyle or another longer-term up and comer. Get a proven performer in here first to lead the way for our youngsters.

i hate to say this but i think are recruitment may have stalled somewhat, what a shame all the good signings would have been let down if we dont sign at least 2-3 more hard nosed forwards.

What makes you think it has stalled? When the cap is announced there will be a second wave of players hit the market.
