I scratch my head at some of the arguments in defence of Galvin. Yes he is young and immature, thats not a problem. Yes he is leaving, thats not a problem. Yes the club probably is annoyed, thats notna problem. Yes his team mates a probably mad, thats not a problem.
The problem is telling the club in April dont even make a better offer then 6 million dollars we are leaving in November. Under the current laws of the NRL they shouldn't have a clue of what other offers are available. There's the potential to only receive minimum pay contract. No one in the world rolls that dice at 19.
The entire narrative of the Galvin side is to make the club ( at least the team and coaches ) sound like a bunch of bully's picking on Galvin every recess.
where ever he ends up has to be scrutinised by the NRL. If Benji and more importantly Jarome can't improve his game as 5/8 in the modern game no one can.

WTs have nothing to be apologetic for they set up the stepping stone for him to have a stellar career and now he can navigate his way through all the vultures who want their piece of him including the media. Gus is such hypocrite he of all people has put the biggest target on his back by his outlandish statements
For Lachies sake he will want to make it work - it won't be through lack of effort well documented about his fitness and training standards - but they love when your on the way up and the expectations on him give little room for anything other than being better than every other young player in the game and now his profile will have fans from all clubs critiquing his performances.

Yes it can. Laws will be been implemented this year. Already happening in Europe. Police coming to your house if the establishment do not agree with your point of view or opinion.

I could be wrong and maybe all that are defending Galvin are being deceived by what we see and hear from him, but o strongly believe he does t even know about half of this stuff that is happening until after it has happened.
Yes he’s a grown up who can make his own choices and it doesn’t have to be what his manager is telling him or wants him to do, but by the sounds of things his father is on the same wave length as Isaac Moses, so the instructions he would be getting from those he trusts won’t be respectful ones.
So yes Wests Tigers and all our fans deserve better from a player we had hoped will help lead our revival, but we have played into their hands and have not been any better in our handling of the situation.
If reports are correct and Galvin is being recalled to our NRL team, I highly doubt it’s being driven by Benji, I’d say it’s highly likely Richo is unhappy with the whole mess and is now putting his foot down to overrule and make sone of these big decisions himself.
